一、活动的背景：
最新统计数据显示：
中国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约500亿公斤，接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一。
即使按保守推算，每年最少倒掉约2亿人一年的口粮。
所以为减少“舌尖上的浪费”，北京众多餐厅开启了行业内的“光盘行动”，为顾客提供“半份菜”、“小份菜”、“热菜拼盘”、免费打包等服务，鼓励把没吃完的剩菜打包带走。
价格按照“半份半价，小份适价”原则确定。
另外有些餐馆在打包时会收取餐盒或塑料袋费用的，此次提出可提供免费打包服务，不再收费，而且还要使用环保包装，不提供一次性木筷和超薄塑料袋。
而在三门县，我们的浪费现象处处存在，年关已近，无论公司聚会、同学会还是喜酒，饭局越来越来多，而浪费情况更是惨不忍睹，据我们调查平均一桌有3盘菜是被浪费的（即剩菜数超过一半而未打包），而平均10桌菜只有3桌是被打包的，浪费情况非常严重。
而且我们在调查过程中也询问了关于“光盘行动”的问题，大家都表示知道“光盘行动”但是缺少面对面实际的志愿者宣传，难以将这种理念深入大家心中。
二、活动目的：
引导人们从“菜点少了没面子，打包带走丢面子”向“懂得节约才幸福”转变。
使节约粮食的理念深入三门每一个人民的脑海中，共同构建节约型社会。
三、活动内容：
（1）活动的前期宣传：

包括各政府网站、爱三门网站、贴吧、人人、QQ群及微博宣传（技术宣传部主要负责）
（2）活动开展：
1.“我光盘，我自豪”县城设点宣传：
宣传时间：
2013年2月7日下午2点-5点
宣传地点：
首府广场、步行街
宣传形式：
发放宣传单；请市民观看宣传海报，一对一进行宣传及理念传递
2.“让我们一起光盘吧”--万人签字活动：

邀请群众一起倡导“光盘行动”，一起在横幅上签字
3.【我是光盘族】--餐馆宣传。

四、活动注意事项：
1.物资必须提前准备好，联系的电视台等必须提前联系好
2.在与市民沟通过程中会出现不理解或者态度不好者，志愿者必须控制好情绪。
在团队出发前强调一下
3.活动地点人流量较大，提前提醒保管好个人财务，宣传必须保证2人出行，并且都有电话可以随时联系。
4.晚餐时段去餐馆宣传必须保证3人以上出行，并且一个队伍保证有一个男生在。
5.天气不好，若下雨则活动推迟至过年后。
