1.profile

1.1Thenatureanduseageofhydrogen.

Hydrogenisoneofthemostwidelyspreadedelementsinnature.Itexistsinthechemicalcompoundbythechemicalcombinationstatus.Itscontentinatmosphericlayerisverylow,onlyabout1ppm.Hydrogenisthelightestgas.Ithastheminimumviscosity,highthermalconductivity,chemicalactivity,Strongpermeabilityanddiffusion,(diffusioncoefficientis0.63cm2/s,aboutthreetimesthanmethane).Itisastongereducingagent,itcanhavedifferentchemicalreactionswithmanymaterials.andcreatmanytypeofhydride.

Inflaming,burningandexplodingaremaincharadtersofhydrogen.Itcanbecomedeflagrablegasifitscontentis4-75%(inair),4.65-93.9%(inoxygen).ifitmeetsopenfireorthetemperatureisabove585℃,itwilldeflagrate.

Thehydrogenmadebypressurewaterelectrolysishasthefeaturesofhighpressue(1.6or2Mpa),easytoconvery,highpurity(up99.8%).Itcoundbeusedincommonoccasion,itcouldalsobepurified(99.999%)anddried(dewpointreaches-40~-90℃)tobeusedasthefuel,carriergas,deoxidationorprotectinggas,coolingmedium,itcanbewideusedinnationaleconomyareas.

1.2Theprincipleofhydrogengasproducedbyelectrolysisingwater.

Tomaketheelectrolytesolutiondecomposetoothersubstancebyuseofelectricenergyiscalledelectrolyticcell.

Anymaterialintheelectrolysisprocess,thechangeinthenumberobeysFaraday'slaw.TheFaraday'slawindicatesthatwhenelectrolyzing,Thequantityofmaterialseparateoutontheelectrodeareinproportiontothecurrentintensityandelectrifyingtime;Wheyusdsameelectricquantitytopassdifferentelectrolytesolution,theamountseparateoutonthetwopolesareinproportiontoelectrochemicalequivalent.And1gequivalentweightofanymaterialneeds1Faraday96500Coulomb(26.8amperehour)ofelectricquantity.hydrogengasproducedbyelectrolysisingwaterobeysFaradaylaw.Wheninstandardstatus,1molarhydrogenseparateoutbynegativeelectrodeneeds53.6A/helectricquantity.Aftercalculate,11m3hydrogen(0.5m3Oxygenbyproduct)needs2390Ahelectricquantityand0.9kgrawwater.

Throughapairofelectrodeimmergedintheelectrolyte,Intheintervaltopreventthegaspermeabilityofthemembraneandconstituteawaterelectrolyticcell.Linktoacertainvoltage,(reachdecompositiontensionof1.23Vandthermalequilibriumtensionabove1.47V)ofdirectcurrent,waterwillelectrolyze.Accordingtocustomerrequirement,usemultigroupwaterelectrolyticcell,minishthevolumandincreasdtheoutput,itformswaterelectrolyserfilter-presssturcture.

Ourpressurewaterelectrolyseradoptsleftandrightmultiplestructure.IntermediateplateconnectespositiveDCpower.BothendsconnectesDCpowernegativeelectrode.Andadoptsbipolarplateandmembranegaskettoformmulti-electrolyticcell.Slotformedinthelowerpartofthesharedportandsewagedischargeintotheliquid,theupperbaseformingtheirownhydrogenandoxygengasliquidalkalichannel.Forhistoricalreasons,theelectrolyzerlongitudinalview,A,BSeriesdesigninthecenterlineoftheexportofoxygenbythesideofDCcopper(copperoxideside),C,D,E,Fseries,thedesignofthecentrallinebyhydrogenexportDCcopperside(hydrogencopperside).

Ourpressure-typewaterelectrolyzer,thecurrentstandardoperatingpressureare3.2MPa1.6MPa.IthasCompactstructure,safeoperationandlonglifecharacteristics,theelectrolyteusingforcedcirculation,consumptionofrawwaterelectrolysisautomaticallyaddedbythepiston,therelevantparametersforautomaticmonitoringandcontrol..Normalproductionby30%KOHaqueoussolutionaselectrolyte,bathtemperaturecontrolatabout85-90℃,Prolongdiaphragmgasketlifeandreducepowerconsumptionrequirements.

WaterelectrolysisHydrogenneedslowvoltage,highcurrentadjustableDCpowersupply.IndustrywithabalanceduseofthedualreactorstarControlledRectifier.Thiscircuithastwocharacteristics:

first,therectifiertransformerwithtwosetsofsub-polewindingandareconnectedintoastar,inordertoeliminatethetransformerDCmagnetization,ifthetwowindingsofoppositepolaritywiring.Second,inordertosolvethetwosub-polewindingtransformercurrentbalance,twotimesthemidpointofthebalancingpolewindingreactortogether.

4、processflowsandsubsystem

SystemDescription:

UndertheconditionsofForcedcirculationintheelectrolyte,electrolyticcellisconnectedtodirectcurrenthydrogenandoxygenproducedintheelectrolyzer,separators,gas-liquidseparation,theoutputofhydrogenandoxygencontinuouslysendsfromthesystem.Whenthewaterelectrolysishydrogengaspuritydoesnotmeetcustomerrequirementsordewpoint,theCompanyfurtherpurificationdryingsystemtowaterelectrolysishydrogenasrawmaterial,oxygencatalyst,adsorptiondrying,filteringdust,whichwasdriedwithhighpurityhydrogen.Automaticcontrolsystemsetthesystempressure,tanktemperature,separatorliquidlevelbalance,replenishtherawmaterialsconsumedbyelectrolysisofwater.Theoperatingparametersforautomaticmonitoringandcontrol.Accordingtodifferentuserneeds,providingpneumaticinstrumentcontrol,electricinstrumentcontrol,PLCprogrammablecontrol,PCcontrol,remotecommunications,andothermeansofcontrolandavarietyofanalyticalinstruments.

Hydrogenframeworkintegratesthemainhydrogenproductionsystemrunningequipment(suchasseparators,scrubbers,coolers,filters,pumps,lye,andcontrolandregulatingvalves,workingconditionsandtheremotetransmissionlinemeasurementinstrument).

Purificationofdryingframeintegratedwithdryingsystempurificationmajorequipment(suchaspurifiers,dryers,aswellascontrolandregulatingvalves,measurementconditionsandRemoteInstrumentationonline).

Powersystemdesignedaccordingtothespecialneedsofourcustomers,A,Bserieshydrogenpurificationframeintegratedwithdryingsystem,frametwointegratedbusdistributionvalve(easytohydrogenforthehydrogentankandaspecialusercontrol),framethreeintegratedrawwatertank,basetanksandfillwaterpump(easyinstallation).

Eachsetofhydrogenproductionsystemsareusuallyequippedwithcontrolcabinet,cabinetrectifier,rectifiertransformersandoxygeninhydrogen,hydrogenoxygenanalyzer,each(purification)dryingsystemwithcontrolcabinetandthedewpointinstrument(micro-oxygenanalyzer).EachsetofA,Bseries(powersystem)isusuallyequippedwithcontrolcabinet,rectifiercabinet(includesrectifiertransformer),powerdistributioncabinetandtheoxygeninhydrogen,hydrogenoxygen(whenequippedwithmicro-oxygenanalyzerpurified),dewpointanalyzers.
