此技术要求适用于生产部组装车间的非标设备,作为供应商制作要求参考以及生产部门验收参考依据,此技术要求是生产维护部门根据以往维护经验而制定,并非唯一制作标准,不涵盖其他部门的技术要求。

1.可编程控制器/PLC:
三菱/Mistubishi、欧姆龙/Omron、西门子/SimensPLC必须保留独立的编程端口,编程端口不可与外围通讯操作端共用一个端口。
Reserveanindependentprogrammingport,alsoanindependentportcommunicatetohumanoperationinterfacemustbeexist.优先使用总线产品,减少繁琐接线,并且要有以太网模块以便后期生产数据采集和集中管理.Choosetheproductswhichusedforbustoavoidcomplexwiring,mustinstallaEthernetmoduleforinformationcollectionandmanagement.PLC预留15%的输入输出点Keep15%emptyinput/outputdigitalpoints.2.模块化PLC必须留有两个扩展模块的位置,并且必须配置支持TCP/IP协议的网络模块,一体式PLC安装板位置预一个留扩展模块大小位置.3.触摸屏/TouchPanel:
普洛菲斯/Proface、欧姆龙/Omron、西门子/Simens需带有网口支持TCP/IP、SD或USB导出存储功能4.伺服运动控制/Servosystem:
三菱/Mistubishi、安川/Yaskawa、欧姆龙/Omron,两轴或两轴以上选用总线控制.5.视觉控制/CCD:
康耐士/Cognex、基恩士/Keyence6.气动元器件:

商定1.2电气布局和配置/Electricallayoutandconfiguration1.2.1电控箱本体/Electricalcabinet1.电控箱体及电控安装板的厚度不能小余1.5mm.Thicknessofcabientandinstallationboardmustbe=1.5mm2.箱体内配置文件槽,用于安放纸档技术资料。
Thecubbyholeinsideofcabinet,usedtoputpapertechnicaldata.3.表面喷涂的颜色为Thecolorforthesurfacecoatingshouldbe.4.箱体上张贴金属铭牌,并标明额定电压,额定功率,额定气压,额定气流,重量,出厂年月等信息Mounttextplatesoutsideofcabinet,showtheratevoltage,ratepower,ratepressure,rateairflow,weight,size,dateofproductionandmaker.5.电控箱周围要有足够的空间使门能打开,门应能在大于90角内灵活转动,门在转动过程中不应损坏漆膜,不应使电器元件受到冲击,门锁上后不应有明显的晃动。
检验方法:
手执门锁轻轻推拉,移动量不超过2mm。

holddoorhandleandpushsoftly,doormovementshouldlessthan2mm6.壳体焊接应牢固,焊缝应光洁均匀,不应有焊穿、裂缝、咬边、溅渣等现象。
Shellweldingshouldbesolid,weldshouldbebrightandcleanuniform,itshouldbenodamagesuchasweldingwear,cracks,biteedge,slagsplashing.7.门与门之间的缝隙均匀差小于2,门与门框之间缝隙均匀差小于为2。
Thegapsbetweendoorsshouldbelessthan2mm,thegapsbetweendoorandframeshouldbelessthan2mm.8.电控箱需要上门锁,并配备钥匙。
Toassembledoorlockerandprovidekeys.9.如果箱体与机台本体分是离开的,信号线进入箱体采用重载接插件连接。
Itisnecessarytoinstallconnectorsonthecabinetinordertoconnectsignalcableintocabinetifcabinetisseparatefrommachine.10.电控箱和机器工作台有效分离,防止机台作业过程中产生的废料落入电控箱.Keepthecabinetseparatefrommachineworkstageeffectivelytoavoidthescrapfallintocabinet.11.箱体内配电板需留有至少10%可利用平面空间.Panelboardshouldberemain10%useablespaceatleastincabinet.12.箱体内配置两孔和三孔插座方便调试设备用电脑充电Installapowersupplysocketwithboth2&3feetforPCbatterycharging.13.电控箱门内框边缘安装密封条,保证关门后的密封性,防护等级需达到IP40.Installrubbersealstriponthedoorinsidethecabinet,theprotectiongradereachesIP40.1.2.2元器件的安装基本要求/Deviceinstallationbaserequirement1.安装元器件前必须熟读元器件用户手册里的安装指南,严格遵守各元器件的安装要求.Makesurebefamiliarwithusermanualbeforeinstallcomponents,abidebytheinstallationrequirementsofeach电气一般技术要求Electricalgeneralspecification6EditorHamanCreatedate20/04/2014Ver_UpdateVer1.6_10/14/2015componentsstrictly.2.检查产品型号、元器件型号、规格、数量等与图纸是否相符Checkwhethercomponentstype、quantitymatchdrawingdefinition.3.所有元器件在维护时不应受到空间的防碍,不应有触及带电体的可能。
Enoughspacetoaccessibletomaintenanceforeachdevice,andmustbeavoidtotouchachargedbody.4.同一型号产品应保证组装一致性Insureassembledconsistencyforsamedevices.1.2.3抗干扰预防/Interferenceprecaution1.保证一、二次线的安装距离,二次线应远离飞弧元件,二次线不得从母线相间穿过。
PrimaryCircuitkeepawayfromsecondarycircuit,keepthesecondarycircuitawayfromthedevicewhichcanmakearcing,thesecondarydontthroughbusbar.2.各种电气元件和装置的电气间隙、爬电距离应符合相关元器件的安装规定.Theelectricclearanceandcreepagedistancebetweeneachdeviceshouldbefollowrelatedspecification.3.安装EMC滤波器减少噪音干扰,滤波器确保与安装板有效接触.InstallEMCfiltertoreducenoiseinterference,fixfilteronboardeffectively.4.布线信号线与动力线要分开线槽走线.Installsignalcableandbigcurrentcableindifferencecabletrough.5.PLC、图像处理器等小电流智能设备与变压器、电磁接触器等易产生电弧的装置要分区域安装,至少有线槽隔断.KeepintelligentdevicessuchasPLC、CCDetccontrollerawayfromsomedeviceeasymakearcingsuchasinverter、magneticcontactoratleastseparatebycabletrough.6.在用于高速计数、脉冲发生等高频信号传输的线缆端头加装磁环.Installananti-jammingmagneticringforhighfrequencysignaltransmissioncablesuchasuseinhighspeedcounterorpulsegenerator.7.对于会产生电弧的元器件加装浪涌保护装置,机械式继电器、电磁接触器等Installsurgeprotectivedeviceforthecomponentwhichcangeneratearcingsuchasmechanicallyrelay、electricmagneticcontactor.8.PLC晶体管输出到有电磁线圈的元器件时加装光耦继电器InstalloptocouplerrelayifPLCoutputconnecttothecomponentwhichcangeneratearcingbytransistortype.1.2.4抗震动预防1.所有电器元件及附件,均应固定安装在支架或底板上,不得悬吊在电器及连线上或者自由摆放。

Mountingholesonmountingboardmustbetappingholes,chooserightscrews.3.安装因振动易损坏的元件时,应在元件和安装板之间加装橡胶垫减震。
Beequippedwithrubbercushionifinstallanydevicewhicheasydamagedcauseofvibration.4.振动盘振荡器保持与电气柜绝对分离.Keepvibratorawayfromelectricalcabinet.1.2.5散热要求1.对于发热元件(例如管形电阻、散热片等)的安装应考虑其散热情况,安装距离应符合元件设计规定。
Forheatingdevice(suchastubularresistance,heatsink,etc.)shouldconsidertheinstallationoftheheatdissipation,电气一般技术要求Electricalgeneralspecification7EditorHamanCreatedate20/04/2014Ver_UpdateVer1.6_10/14/2015elementinstalleddistanceshouldcomplywiththerules.2.根据散热量需要在箱体上安装额合适的散热风扇.Installappropriatecoolingfanoncabinetaccordingtoheatdissipatingcapacity.3.至少装有两个带有防尘罩的散热风扇,分别负责向箱体里吹风和向外抽风.Installatleasttwofanswithdustcovertoreducetemperatureinsideofcabinet,onesresponsibleforblowingintocabinet,anotheroneisresponsibleforblowingoutfromcabinet.4.超大功率元器件需要安装散热片。
Installtheheatsinkonbigpowercomponents.5.伺服步进驱动器安装水平间间距需大于10mm.Atleast10mmdistancehorizontalbetweeneachdriverofservo/steppingmotorinstallation.6.箱体内空气环境温度范围保持在-545摄氏度Theenvironmenttemperaturekeepintherangeof-5451.3接线要求/Wiring
