　　我们都知道：

绝美的风景往往是在险高的山间，绝壮的音乐往往是悲凉的，高尚的生活往往是体现在壮烈的牺牲中。

一个人如果能做人类的殉道者，那不就是幸福吗？

　　爱岗敬业无私奉献

　　健康卫士先进事迹材料-白荣自1995年参加工作后一直从事护理工作，先后在本院门诊部、、手术室、急外科工作，多次获得耀州区卫生局先进工作者、优秀护士,“杨瑞辉式的好护士”等荣誉，现是外科护士长和手术室负责人。

在十五年的临床护理工作中，我积极拥护党的路线、方针和政策，爱岗敬业，积极投身于护理事业的发展和维护、促进人民身心健康的各项工作中，为我院的医疗护理工作作出了积极的贡献。

我坚持加强政治学习，十分重视自身道德素质的修养。

　　多年来，一幕幕让人心痛或感动的情感洗礼和一次次与病人并肩作战的经历，让我深深懂得，作为一名白衣天使，必须要有一丝不苟的工作作风，要有良好的技术水平、严肃认真的科学态度，严密的组织纪律性和对病患者大公无私的关爱。

在工作中，我热心接待病员，关心病员疾苦，耐心听取病员意见，勤奋细心地做好每一项护理工作。

前年冬天，一位老人遭遇车祸后送到急诊科，病人家属一时连系不上，而病人由于腰椎损伤，致使大小便失禁，我一直守护在病床边，把大便擦洗地干干净净，后来患者的家人拉着她的手感动的说：

你就是我爸和我们全家的恩人。

　　十几年来这样的事例不下几十次。

不论调换到哪个科室，经我护理服务的患者及家属，总能给予不少赞誉。

由于我能像亲人一样维护患者利益，耐心地为他们讲解病情、排忧解难，使很多患者及其家

急外科什么患者都有，有城里的，有乡下的，对我来说，都是一样的面对，一样的认真，一样的专心。

“护理的对象没有区分，而护士工作的好坏则有区分”。

工作中的我是一个有“心”的护士，我认为当护士首先要具备和病人沟通的技艺，那就是“微笑”服务，微笑了，病人才能感受你的态度、你的亲近，否则，护患之间就会形成隔阂，很难融洽起来。

工作中的我总是面带笑容，无论进病房，也不论是治疗时，还是平日闲暇，只要面对病人，我都是以笑相迎，认真询问，耐心解答，并且做到百问不厌，百答不烦。

　　肺炎，做为特护的我，每二小时为他翻身拍背，做局部按摩，比一般护士做的都要周到。

有时在为肠梗阻病人胃肠减压时，因病人呕吐剧烈，当我为病人插胃管时大量的呕吐物喷射到我的脸上、眼睛上和衣服上，我没有厌恶过病人，我在平凡工作岗位上默默奉献，视病人为亲人的精神体现了
