2.SystemsAnalysis
Thisstageistodeterminehowtheexistingsystemworksandwheretheproblemsarelocated,andbreakthesystemintopieces.Dataflowdiagramsareacommonmethodtodisplaythatisdeterminedduringthisstage.
3.SystemsDesign
Duringthisstage,OutsourcingProgrammersSystemistypicallydesignedonpaper.Theobjectiveofthisstageistodescribeitasacollectionofmodulesorsubsystems.
4.SystemsImplementation
ThisstageinvolvesinstallationandchangeoverfromtheexistingsystemtoOutsourcingProgrammersSystem,includingtrainingusersandmakingadjustmentstothesystem.Acrucialstageinimplementationisfinaltesting.
