1.1MISSolution

Accordingtothedescription,OutsourcingProgrammersSystemismoreappropriateforaRealEstateAgency.

Underthesystem,theAgencywilltransfermostresponsibilitytotheoutsiderwhichismoreprofessional,suchassystemdevelopmentandcomputeroperation.Typically,itshouldnegotiateadevelopmentprice,providedetailedspecifications,andtheoutsourcerhiresworkersanddevelopssystems

TheprimaryadvantageofthissystemisthatOutsourcingProgrammersSystemcanreducetheworkloadandtheentireprocesseswillbeinaprofessionalandefficientway.

1.2ImplementationProcess

ARealEstateAgencyneedsasystemsdevelopmentlifecycle(SDLC)toexplainitsimplementationprocess,whichisaprocessofestablishingcomputersystem.SDLCcanovercometheproblemsthatarisewithlargeprojectsthatinvolvemanyusersandrequirethousandsofhoursofdevelopmentbymultipleanalystsandprogrammers.BelowisSystemsdevelopmentlifecycleoftheAgency.

Onthebasisofthisfigure,sixstagesoftheAgencycanbegiven:

1.FeasibilityandPlanning

Afeasibilitystudyisaquickexaminationoftheproblems,goalsandexpectedcostsofthesystems.Theobjectiveistodeterminewhethertheproblemcanreasonablybesolved.

Assessthefeasibilityoftheexistingsystemfromtheeconomicandtechnicalaspects.Ineconomicaspect,throughtheanalysisofcost/benefit,determinewhentheapplicationcanrecoverthecost.Intechnicalaspect,throughtheidentificationofeachalternativetechnology,determinewhetherbuildtheapplicationornot.

2.SystemsAnalysis

Thisstageistodeterminehowtheexistingsystemworksandwheretheproblemsarelocated,andbreakthesystemintopieces.Dataflowdiagramsareacommonmethodtodisplaythatisdeterminedduringthisstage.

3.SystemsDesign

Duringthisstage,OutsourcingProgrammersSystemistypicallydesignedonpaper.Theobjectiveofthisstageistodescribeitasacollectionofmodulesorsubsystems.

4.SystemsImplementation

ThisstageinvolvesinstallationandchangeoverfromtheexistingsystemtoOutsourcingProgrammersSystem,includingtrainingusersandmakingadjustmentstothesystem.Acrucialstageinimplementationisfinaltesting.

Inthisstage,almosteveryemployeeistrainedinaprofessionalwaytounderstandthenewsystem,inordertomakesureitisoperatedinarightway.

5.SoftwareMaintenance

Afterhardware’supgradeandusers’changes,errorsmayexistinthesystem.Thentherearemanyjobsofoverseeingandmakingthesemodifications.

Thelaststageistoevaluatetheresultingsystem,itisimportanttoassesstheeffectivenessoftheparticulardevelopmentprocess.

Andtrainnetworkanalyst’sabilitythatithasspecializedskillstoconfiguretherouter,monitortheconnectionandkeepupwithcurrentadvisories,inordertomakethenetworkinsecurity.

3.DataandDatabaseAdministration

Trainadministrator’sabilitythatitmaintainstheAgency’sdatabase,monitorperformanceofthedatabasemanagementsystem.

Andtraindatabaseanalystsolveday-to-dayproblemswhicharisewithitshouse-listingdatabase

4.ExpertSystemSupport
