CAM实验报告
CAD/CAM实验报告
1、实验目的
(1)掌握回转体零件的基本造型方法及合理制定零件的加工工艺基本规程;
(2)掌握计算机辅助数控编程的基本步骤和方法,利用Pro/ENGINEER的CAM模块,完成回转体零件的计算机辅助数控编程;
(3)学习使用和操作数控车床,掌握数控机床的基本操作方法,能根据零件数控代码,正确加工出零件。
2、实验内容
每班分成3组(每组10人左右),每组从“扩展习题”中选择一个零件,或者由教师给定实物零件,或由学生自动设计,进行计算机辅助车削编程,并操作数控车床加工出零件。
每组再分成3个小组(3~4人一组),分别(对于实物零件)完成零件测绘及三维建模重构、Pro/ENGINEER数控编程、零件加工三项任务。
3、实验设备
(1)数控车床;
(2)游标卡尺;
(3)Pro/ENGINEER软件、CAXA软件、计算机;
(4)零件样图;
(5)零件毛坯。

(2)遭遇问题
问题一:
Pro/ENGINEER软件虽然生成了数控加工代码,但由于Pro/E的CAM模块在车削上并不成熟,导致代码在数控机床上无法实现预定的设计轨迹,不能顺利车削R18外圆弧。
(见图3)
问题二:
结合精工实训中心的刀具有限,无法顺利完成设计中的R5内圆弧车削,也不能实现R18外圆弧的精车。

(3)团队努力,解决问题
问题一解决方案:
结合生产实际,在现场指导老师施老师帮助下,小组成员改用CAXA软件来完成数控加工代码。
问题二解决方案:
改变设计方案,结合现有刀具,设计可行的方案。

画图小组总结:
编程小组总结:
在利用Pro/ENGINEER的CAM模块完成零件的计算机辅助数控编程的过程中,遇到最大的困难并不是前期代码生成。
利用一些参考书籍,小组成员们很快就完成了Pro/E软件自动编程。
当我们信心十足的来到数控机床进行加工时,发现了许多问题,但最大的问题还是R18外圆弧无法正常加工车削,我们绞尽脑汁仍然无法解开,最后决定求助现场指导施老师。
施老师提醒我们,Pro/ENGINEER软件在车削仿真上并不完善,建议我们使用CAXA软件。
于是,在施老师的帮助下,小组成员马上开始学习CAXA软件,最后在加工小组成员的建议下,改善了最初的设计方案,新方案的可行性也更高。
这次的CAD/CAM实验经验不仅让我们熟悉了零件的加工工艺的基本规程,还让我们巩固了计算机辅助数控编程的基本步骤和方法,进一步熟悉了Pro/ENGINEER软件与CAXA软件。
在几天的辛苦之后,当零件被成功加工出来时,我们心中满是欢喜。
这是一次令人难忘的实践之旅。
