励志演讲奋斗大学
1/从菜鸟到大师的距离在我们的世界中，存在着各种领域的大师。
像：
钟南山院士/王振义院士/俞敏洪教父/
李阳疯子为什么他们能够成为大师？
？
？
而有些人只能庸庸碌碌的度过一生？
？
？
一事无
成？
？
菜鸟到大师的距离到底有多远？
？
？
大家都知道篮球巨星科比，既是湖人队的当家球
星，又是美国国家队的头号核心。
他拥有精湛的篮球技术，即使是nba的一流防守球员，也
难以抑制他的疯狂得分。
这是什么原因？
？
那是因为科比付出的比一般篮球运动员数倍的努
力，每次比赛前科比都会提前一个小时到达球馆投篮以保持手感，日复一日年复一年从未间
断。
所以他能在比赛中爆发出超强的得分能力，能够投进匪夷所思的绝杀，而且还能助攻队
友让队友得分。
科比也像其他的nba球员一样有过表现不佳的菜鸟赛季，但是他通过不断的
努力不断的练习，成为了当今被誉为仅次于乔丹的篮球大师。
和科比同样努力的人还有高尔夫世界第一老虎伍兹，老虎伍兹为自己指定的训练计划是：
每天挥舞球杆必须达到一千次。
有一次老虎伍兹生病住院，由于不能下床，他就让护士为他
准备了一个小号的高尔夫球杆，躺在床上不断的挥舞，直到一千次。
之所以能够成为高尔夫
球大师是源于他雷打不动的训练。
所以对于任何技能，我们“知道了”没用，我们“理解了”
也没用，熟练了才有用。
学习也是这样，不但要理解记住，要能讲出来，做到脱口而出，脱笔而出，将知识变成
自己的东西并运用到学习中/工作中。
如果你想在一个行业有所发展，你未来能够在这个行业走的更久远，你只有有一条路可走，就是
“练到出神入化”。
只有练到出神入化才能够超越对手，就像中国舞蹈大师杨丽萍说的那样“我
已经分不清我是舞蹈还是舞蹈是我”，如果我们我们也能分不清，医学是我，还是我是医学。
那我们一定可以成为优秀的医生。
人们眼中的大师之所以卓越非凡并非天资超人一筹，而是
付出了持续不断的努力！
只要经过一万小时的练习，任何人都能从平凡变成超凡！
如果你每
天练习4个小时，一周练习5天，那么成为一个领域的大师需要10年。
这就是一万小时定律！
曾经时间所有行业里都没有大师，大师也曾经是弱小的菜鸟，但是他们经历过千万次的
练习千万次的修正千万次的反思和自我超越，将普通人远远甩在了他视线之外的远方，他。
就成了大师！
我想告诉大家一个天大的秘密，从菜鸟到大师的距离就是不断的练习练习再练习！
2/迷上一个人迷上一件事在很多时候，一个人的一生可能会因为某一个人而发生改变，这个人就是他灵魂的导师！
大家都知道比尔盖茨是曾经微软公司的总裁，是什么改变了比尔盖茨的一生呢？
？
那就是在
比尔盖茨三岁的时候，跟着妈妈到微软公司参观，当他看到微软公司总裁汤姆华森面对台下
成千上万的员工激情的演讲时，他就励志将来一定成为汤姆华森这样具有卓越领导才能的人。
他在自己家墙上贴上了iamtobetheking，来激励自己，最终成为了微软公司的总裁。
并领导微软公司成为世界知名的大公司。
新东方名师张一楠讲师，曾经是哈工大一名普通的学生。
对英语并没有太大的兴趣，当
他知道俞敏洪老师到他们学校来演讲的时候，他抱着试一试的态度去看看老俞到底是如何把
枯燥的英语变成了令人心潮澎湃的一件事。
从老俞一开口他就被老俞非凡的才华所吸引，所
折服，无限的激情的所感染。
并下定决心今后要更加认真的学英语，当老俞演讲完之后，他
毫不犹豫的第一个冲上讲台，紧紧的抱住老俞激动地说“俞老师，您讲的太有激情了，我是
你的偶像”，俞老师说“小伙子，你很勇敢，我很欣赏你的勇气，以后欢迎你到新东方来”。
最终张一楠成为了新东方一名优秀的讲师。
老俞看到他时会主动的向他打招呼，并高兴地说
“看，我的偶像来了”。
成大业者事业的起步都是始于一次心动当他看到一个人成功辉煌的样子，心里会暗自发狠：
“穷尽一生，我也要成为他那个样子”。
任何人心中如果没有这种刻骨铭心的心动，如果没有这种核心的痴迷，都会难以抵御世间万
千的诱惑，所以成大业者都是迷上了一个人然后迷上一件事，最后世界上所有的人都迷上了
他。
3/活着就是为了改变世界苹果公司前总裁乔布斯，之所以能把苹果公司从一个在自己家车库中开的电脑小作坊变
成世界知名的电子产品大公司，就是源于他自己最初的梦想，改变他所热爱的世界的坚持。
并为之付出巨大的努力！
我们每一个人生来就携带着一样珍贵的礼物，他代表着我们对世
界的理解，对生命的热爱。
我们在它面前充满了无限的兴趣热情以及好奇心，这就是梦想！
在这个世界上能够遗世独立的人并不多，世俗的眼光以压倒性的力量让你屈服，屈服了。
你就会和其他人一样平庸；抗争。
你就有力量和勇气继续盎然前行。
你的梦想任何人都没有资格评判梦想让你知道，在生命中有件事情是你一定要实现的，这件事就是你的命，这件事的价
值就是你生命的全部价值。
人活着是偶然的，死去是必然的，你终将离去，唯一给这个世界留下的，只有你曾经的
梦想，以及你对这个世界所作出的改变庆幸吧，因为你此刻还活着，既然生命还在，就请断绝与你的生命梦想无关的所有事情。
所谓“逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜”timewaitsfornoman，生命不应该惧怕结束，而应惧怕
从未开始过。
人生的悲剧不在于你遭受过什么，而在于你错过了什么，thetragedyoflife
isnotsomuchwhatyousuffer,butwhatyoumiss.比担忧自己过早的意外离去更有价值
的事情是：
在活着的时候去着手我们改变我们深爱着的世界。
乔布斯说：
“不要被教条所限。

梦想就像明天不会在到来一样，在没有悔恨没有重来的生命里，用梦想作为我们抵抗世
俗挑战平庸实现大我的支点，按自己所梦去活，按自己所想去做，改变自己，改变他人，改
变世界！
4/过有意义的生命，为自己的梦想奋斗终身有些人认为活着就挺好，过不过有意义的生命无所谓，但我个人认为，活着就要过有意
义的生命。
