浅谈小学一年级学生行为习惯的养成

著名教育家叶圣陶先生说过:

“教育是什么～往简单方面说～只有一句话～就是养成良好的习惯……”学生从幼儿园步入小学～不仅要学习科学文化知识～更要进行能力的培养～良好行为习惯的养成。

而学校的教育～就是要求每个教师既要教好书～又要育好人。

二十一世纪的中国～不仅在经济发展上将上一个新台阶～而且在社会主义精神文明建设上更将跃上一个新高度。

作为一个人民教师～负担着全面提高国民素质、提高全体人民～特别是青少年一代文明程度的直接责任。

自新课程理念实施以来～新的教育理念由关注双基目标转向关注三维目标～其中情感态度与价值观目标的确立～使教师重新审视培养对象的人生观、价值取向、生活态度～教育方式方法随之有了很大的改变。

“教育者先受教育”。

只有最大限度地提高教师为人师表的水平～才能胜任人民教师的历史使命～无愧于人民教师的光荣称号。

这就要求教师要时时处处以身作则～为人师表～凡要求学生做的自己必须先做到做好。

比如要求学生不迟到早退～教师自己就不能迟到早退,要求学生文明礼貌～教师自己言谈举止切切不可粗鲁,要求学生遵守行为规则～教师应自觉遵守教师守则。

否则～光要求学生～而自己又不身先试行～反而胡作非为～学生就认为这样的老师言行不一～出尔反尔而不可信赖。

教育就是养成习惯～在多年的一年级班主任工作中～使我深切品味到了这句话的内在涵义～让我深深地懂得小学阶段是人生成长的起步阶段～也是做人的基础素质形成的起始阶段。

学校教育的成败～班级教育是关键。

良好的班风班貌是各种习惯养成的基础～而一年级则是良好习惯养成的关键期。

“成也起始年级～败也起始年级。

”在十余年的教育工作中～我发现刚刚入学的小学生主动性～自觉性普遍性较差。

记得刚接手一年级的伊始～面对课堂的吵闹～课下的耍斗、奔跑～不爱清洁～随手扔垃圾的现象～闹得我可上课下的叮嘱、制止～嘴皮子都快磨干了～也不见起色。

于是～我又采用惩罚措施～如罚读书～罚扫地～罚闭目思过等～但效果还是不好～课堂吵闹违反纪律的同学还是屡见不鲜,乱扔垃圾的同学还是乱扔垃圾。

怎么办呢,难道我们的班级教育就是靠老师来看管～靠班干部的监督吗,那样我们的学生不就成了犯人。

作为担负"万丈高楼平地起"的铺路人～应该如何把握好这一关键期,如何让一年级小学生养成一系列的良好

行为习惯,我想到素质教育～要以人为本～应该从学生的日常学习生活中去引导学生～培养学生自觉、主动的行为习惯和行为能力。

一、抓住时机～具体指导。

小学一年级的学生一时很难适应角色的转换～对学校的学习完全生疏～许多规则和道理对成人来说是熟悉得不能再熟悉了～但对孩子还得具体从头一点一点地讲清楚～孩子才能明白是怎么回事。

例如～刚入学的新生～听到上课铃响时～总是乱哄哄的。

我根据孩子们爱记儿歌的特点～编出了三字经:

“铃声响～进课堂。

快坐好～速安静。

坐如钟～站如松。

手放好～脚放平。

老师讲～注意听。

脑子想～记心中。

发言时～声响亮。

”同学们很快就记住了。

接着～我首先训练学生正确读书和写字的姿势～结合《三字歌》的贯彻落实～每天提醒他们注意"三个一"～读书时要求全班同学都拿起书做到手到、眼到、口到、心到。

只要是提笔写字～就不停地提醒纠正不良姿势。

当学生起来发言时～则要求他们站端正～两眼平视前方～态度自然大方～并且说话时声音要响亮～吐字要清楚。

在听的能力方面～则要求他们注意听别人说话～听清楚说话的内容～记在心中～要说得出来～如每周一升旗～我要求学生注意听讲了几件事,是什么事,回到教室后抽问学生起来说出要点～如答不出～就说明没有专心听讲。

这些办法对学生听的习惯养成起到了一定的促进作用。

现在学生在课堂上读写、坐站听说的正确姿势逐步养成～增强了自控能力～课堂秩序有明显好转。

通过大家的努力～我班的纪律有了很大的改变～得到了领导和科任老师的称赞。

孩子们在一次次的努力中体味着胜利的快乐～同时～也明白了成功的来之不易～也就更珍惜劳动的果实～对自己的要求也越来越高了。

二、以身作则～为人师表。

教师是学生最直观～最重要～最活生生的典范～其言行举止、性格习惯等都对学生耳濡目染的感染和熏陶作用～与其夸夸其谈～一次又一次的说教～倒不如自己身先士卒～对此～我深有体会。

我班多数学生一贯在家长娇生惯养的目光中长大～心理上会慢慢形成“唯我独尊”的心理定式～致使学生从小就养成了衣来伸手～饭来张口的依赖习惯～自身的劳动能力、动手能力都很差。

记得开学时～好多学生拿了扫把不知所措地站着。

看着这一切～我只得压住了心中的怒火～手把手地一个一个～一遍一遍的不厌其烦地教。

每一个学年下来～做值日生成了我的必修课。

但我的努力没有白费～学会扫地的学生越来越多了～还有学生告诉我他今天帮奶奶扫地了～奶奶夸了他一整天。

看着他们天真的笑脸～我还有什么可抱怨的呢,

三、重视联系～双向配合。

孩子的进步～集体的成长～离不开教师～也离不开家长。

双向管理学生主要采取定期召开家长会～主要内容是根据本学期教育教学计划～对家长提出必要的要求～了解实施素质教育的重大意义～并介绍一些教育孩子的方法、经验～推荐一些教育方面的书籍～如“怎样教育独生子女”、“怎样使你的孩子更聪明”、“父母必读”等～同时对家长提出要求:

为孩子在家里创造必要的学习环境～为孩子做好榜样。
