KongSeongjae,25,betterknownas“KoreanBilly”,isaninternetcelebrity(名人)fromSeoul.AfterstudyingintheUK,hepickedupseveralregionalaccents.He’snowfamousforhisonlinevideos,whereheshowsoffthevariousaccentshe’slearned.“BritishpeopleusuallygetreallyexcitedwhenIusesomeoftheirlocaldialectwords,andtheybecomemuchmorefriendly.Ithinkitmakesabitofbond(情感纽带)betweenlocalpeopleandforeignerstospeakintheirlocalaccent,”hesaid.
