交底内容：

一、施工准备：

1、水泥：

水泥采用P.S32.5水泥，入场后经复试合格方可使用。

2、焦渣：

焦渣内不得含有有机杂质和未燃尽的煤块，粒径在5mm以下的不得超过总体积的40%，使用前必须用水闷透，且不得少于3d。

3、结构工程已验收完毕，四周墙上有水平标高控制线。

4、穿屋面的预留、预埋管线已敷设完毕，并固定牢靠。

5、搅拌机、滚筒、铁锹、刮杠、筛子、手推车等已准备齐全。

6、主要工具：

搅拌机、滚筒、铁锹、刮杠、筛子、手推车等已准备齐全。

二、操作工艺：

1、流程：

基层处理→涂刷水泥砂浆结合层

焦渣过筛与水闷→按1：

6比例拌和均匀→作墩找坡→铺放焦渣→上杠找平→滚压平整→拍边修整→养护

2、焦渣过筛与水闷：

焦渣在使用前过两遍筛子，第一遍过30mm的筛子，滤去过大的颗粒；第二遍过5mm的筛子，滤去焦渣里的粉末，确保粒径在5mm以下的焦渣不大于总体积的40%。

同时，施工前，焦渣必须浇水闷透，水闷时间为5d。

3、将水闷透后的焦渣与水泥按水泥：

焦渣=1：

6的体积比拌和均匀，干料入机后先干拌1min后再加入适当的水拌和均匀，使水泥浆与焦渣充分融和。

4、基层处理：

铺设水泥焦渣前，先将基层清扫干净，清除粘结在基层上的砂浆块等杂物，并浇水湿润，经验收合格后方可进行铺设。

交底内容:

口周围直径500mm范围内找坡5%），作好找平墩，间距1.5m成梅花型布置。

6、铺放焦渣：

铺放焦渣时，焦渣的虚铺厚度与压实厚度的比为1.3：

1。

铺设时，先在基层上洒水湿润并均匀的涂刷一层素水泥浆结合层后，再铺水泥焦渣，按找平墩用刮杠找平，随铺随滚压。

在滚压过程中，随时拉通线检查其表面的平整度和坡度，对局部过低处用水泥焦渣填平，高出部位铲掉，调整平整度，直至滚压平整，表面出浆且无松散颗粒为止。

对于墙角、管根等局部滚压不到的部位，用木抹子拍打密实。

对于报告厅屋面反梁过水口两侧铺放焦渣时，注意沿排水方向一侧的焦渣比迎水侧的焦渣低5mm。

当屋面上有预留的孔洞时，要找相关工种的负责人核实，能封堵的封堵后施工，不能封堵的，在洞口四周做好护挡，待其施工完毕后封堵严密。

7、养护：

水泥焦渣铺设后要及时浇水养护，待其凝固后方可进行下一道工序。

三、质量通病预防措施：

1、空鼓、开裂：

焦渣内含有有机杂质和未燃尽的煤块，焦渣水闷不透，粉末过多，与结合层粘结不好等都易造成空鼓开裂。

施工时，焦渣必须提前用水闷透，过筛筛去粉末，基层清理干净，并洒水湿润，铺设时均匀的洒一遍素水泥浆，随刷随铺并滚压密实。

2、表面不平整、倒泛水：

焦渣铺设过程中，必须按照排水方向和排水坡度随时拉通线检查其表面的平整度，对于有高低不平处及时修补平整。

四、质量要求：

找坡层表面平整，找坡方向和坡度正确，无空鼓开裂现象，

五、成品保护：

1、手推车运输时，不得碰撞门口或者其他工种的作业成果。

3、焦渣找坡层未凝固前，严禁上人施工。

六、安全防护措施：

1、手推车运输时，不得急奔快跑，防止发生事故。

2、出入室外电梯时，随手关闭电梯的防护门。

3、施工时，必须戴好安全帽，严禁酒后作业，严禁嬉笑打闹，严禁吸烟。

4、使用搅拌机和室外电梯时，必须有专人负责，其他人员严禁私自使用。

5、施工时，操作人员严禁将身子探出女儿墙外，防止发生意外。

6、手推车运输时，要确保手推车运输通道畅通，不得有杂物堵塞通道，操作人员必须事先检查通道的状况良好后方可运输。

7、倒卸焦渣时，不得将手推车翻倒后倾卸。
