Abstract
ThispaperanalyzedproblemscurrentlyexistingwithinChinesehighereducationsystem,andpresentssuggestiononhowtoresolvethem.Italsorecommendsthreeprinciplestobeincludedinanidealhighereducationsystem.Thoseprinciplesare--morality,mentalityandbasicandspecializationcompetency.Thecontentofthispaperwillbebeneficialtoacademiciansfromallthecountries.
Introduction
LetmebeginbysayingthatthecontentofthispaperdoesnotreflectanyofficialcommentsfrommyinstitutionorgovernmentregardingthedevelopmentofChinesehighereducationsystem.AlthoughIamnotanofficialinchargeofChineseeducation,Iwasastudentunderthissystem.Furthermore,Iwasborninateacher'sfamily,andstudiedunderthissystem.Currently,IamemployedintheChinesehighereducationsystemasateacherinauniversity.Therefore,IfeelIhavemuchexperiencetoshareregardingthesubject.Spontaneously,IhavemuchofmyopinionsonChinesehighereducationandhavestrongfeelinginexpressingmyopinion.So,atthisconference,firstofall,Iwouldliketothanksyoufortheopportunitytoexpressmyopinionsandperhapstotakemyhopeandsomedaymakeitareality.Detailedinformationcannotbeprovidedduetothelimitationofthelengthofthearticle.

InDecember1977,ChinesegovernmentrecordedtheexaminationforhighereducationwhichmarkedtheChineseeducationsystemreformationfromthe"GreatCulturalRevolution"andended"therecommendedsystemsforentranceofhighereducation."Asasocialconsequence,allstudentsweresoencouragedtofollowthispolicythattheybegantounderstandthatthefortunewasnolongerlefttotendermercyofofficialsatvariouslevels,butdependedontheeffortsofone'sknowledge,andstudentsbegantomakemucheffortinanall-timeconcentrationoflearning.WeshouldbeawarethatwasagreatachievementinthedevelopmentofChinesehighereducationanditwasapositivemovementtoexpeditethescienceandtechnologyinChina.ThisalsoisfundamentalforthecurrentChinesehighereducation.
CurrentChineseHigherEducation
Now,Chinesehighereducationsystems,whichwereestablishedsincethereformin1977,havebeencarriedout,andhavebeendevelopedformorethan20years.Whenwereviewandmeditateuponthissystem,wecanfindoutsomenegativephenomenon.Underthissystem,thereweresomanycompulsorysubjectsthattheyforcedallstudentstodevelopatasamepace.Therefore,itwasimpossibletogroomthestudentindividually,whichisinevitabletotrainhigherleveltalent.Atthebeginningof1990s,Chineshighereducationgraduallyintroducedthecreditsystem,inwhich,studentscanselectsomesubjectsupontheirowninterest.
However,thefollowingquestionsremaininthecurrentChinesehighereducation:
Problem1:
Thespecializationissodetailedthatthestudentcannotacquireanadequatebackgroundknowledgebeyondtheirspecializationfield.Taketheaccountingasanexample.InChinahighereducation,mostofuniversitieseagerforquicksuccessandinstantbenefit,focusesontheso-calledhotspecializationanddemotesthebackgroundanduniversalknowledge.Therefore,therearespecializationsofcommerceaccounting,manufactureaccounting,bankingaccounting,constructionaccounting,touraccounting,hotelaccounting,andsoon.Wecannotimaginehowtoteachstudentinjustonespecializationforfouryears.Iadvocatethatstudentsbecomeversatileanderudite,especiallyinthetoday'smarketeconomicalenvironment,inwhich,everyone'sjobisprecariousandevenmoreeachjobneedtheversatiletalents.Withouttheversatileanderudite,ourstudentscannotfundtheirnewjobconvenientlyanddothejobwell.
Problem2:
Distortedconceptofresultfromscientificresearchinganddistortedconceptoftalentperson.InChina,mosthighereducationinstitutionsmustundertakesomescientificresearchingprograms.However,forthescientificresearchinginChinesehighereducationsystem,itisdifficultytocombinescientificresearchingresultswithsocialpracticeespeciallyineconomicsandaccounting.Underthisscientificresearchingsystem,themostscientificresearchingresultthatcanbeeasilyrecognizedbyvariousofficialsisonlythepublishedpaper.Apersonwhohastheabilitytodosomethingpracticallycannotberegardedasatalentedperson.Whileapersonwhohaspublishedpaperscanbeeasilyregardedastalented,whilethepublishedpaperisonlythesymboloftalentcapacity.Asaresult,somanypapersareinabidforpublication,somepeoplepaymoneyforpublication,butfewideascanbeintroduceintopractice,especiallyineconomicsandaccounting.InChinesehighereducation,somanyteachersscrambleforengagesinaso-calledscientificresearchingproject,bywhichtheycanacquiremoremoneyfromthegovernmenttobeprofuseintheirlivingaffairsandthenpresentanon-pragmaticpaperperfunctorilytothesuperiorsafteraccomplishingsuchscientificresearching.Underthissystem,therearemanyso-calledscientificresearchersundertakingsuchso-calledscientificresearchwhicharedivorcedfromrealityandareplagiarizedblindly,AsChinesesayinggoes"allscholarsareinonefamily,youplagiarizefromme,andIplagiarizefromhimher."Inmostcase,therearemanypersonwhocangainanawardinscientificresearchingbutfewpeoplecansolvethepracticeproblem,Ibelievethatthepublishedpapers.inmostcases,onlyindicateputtingforwardtheauthor'sopinionsorideas,whichmeansthebeginningoftheso-calledscientificresearch,nottheresultofit.
Problem3:
Somanysubjectsweredesignedformtheviewofcurrentcircumstancesratherthanconsideredusefulforthefuture.InChinesehighereducationinstitutions,therearemanytedioussubjectsthatrequiredstudentstolearn,andthestudentaresoreluctantttolearnthattheyonlycram.Takemyexperienceasanexample.WhenIwasinaprimaryschool,IbegantocramChairmanMao'squotations.whenIwasinmiddleschool,IwasforcedtocriticizeLinBial(thesecondhighestleaderinchinaduring1966-1971)andtheConfucianism.evenwhenIwasinhighereducationIstillwasinvolvedincriticizingof"theGangoffour"(thatmeanWangHongwen,ZhangChunqiao,JiangQingandYaoWenyean,allofthemweretheleaderofthepartyandcountryinchinabefore1976)andlearnedtheMarx'swork"Onthecapital,"whichisacompulsorycourseforhighereducationstudentswhomajorineconomicsandLeninandStarling'sworks.In1995,whenIstudiedinabroad,Ireviewedwhatknowledgeislearnedfromthelearningbymyself,andmostofmyliterateandnumerateknowledgewereacquiredfrommyfamilyeducationIstronglyfeltthatIhadlearnednothingfromtheChineseeducationsystem,exceptgainedsomediplomas.Whattragic!
Thistragedyisinsomeextentinfluencingcurrenteducationsystemalthoughithaspassed.
Problem4:
Therearesomuchtrashinthetextbookofsomespecializationsubjects,especiallyinaccounting.asaccountingteacherinWuyiUniversity,first,IshouldshowyouoneofsuchtrashinChineseaccountingtextbooks.Inthetextbookofaccountingprincipal,whichisfortheuniversitystudent,itsays:
"Whenyourecordthebooksyoushoulduseablueofblackpen,andtherecordsmustbeintheorderofdate,onebyone,andlinebylinetorecordalltransaction,andthenumberfiguresyouwriteshouldoccupythetwo-thirdofaboxandtransaction,andthenumberfiguresyouwriteshouldoccupythetwo-thirdofaboxandshouldbeinitalic.......ThedescriptionofeachtransactionshouldbewritteninstandardChinesecharacters,moreoverwouldbeinasimplestandclearway.Youshouldrecorditinearnest.Nonethelessdonotignorerecordinganyontransactionanddonotrecordanyonetransactiontwice,andafterrecordingyoushouldmakeanasteriskonthevoucherandthen...."

Howtediousandhowverboseitis!
Theauthormightfurtherwriteas"youshouldrecordbookswithyourighthandratherthanyourlefthand."Shouldsuchtedioussentenceappearinhetextbookforuniversitystudents.HowcanIhonestyteachmystudentsfromsuchatextbook?
IalwayscomplainthatIamnotteachingaprimarypupil,butIamteachingauniversitystudent.Ithinksuchatextbookisaimedtoperplexstudentsratherthantohelpstudentsunderstandaccountingprincipal,andtheauthorsofsuchatextbooksalwaysexplicateviaverbosestyleratherasimpleandclearsentence.Thepurposeofsuchauthoristomakethestudentworshiptheauthorrathertointroduceknowledge,ortheauthorswanttoearnmoremoneyfromwritingtheverbosetextbooks.theironicmatteristhatmostofthetextbooksarewrittenbysomewell-knownprofessors.Taketheaboveasexample,thegeneraleditor,isthevice-chairmanofAllChinaaccountingassociation,theprofessorofstudentwhoworkforthedoctordegree.

InChinesehighereducation,teachersalwaysintroducetheobsoleteknowledgetotheirstudents.Whatshouldweteachourstudent?
Everyteachermustfacethisquestion.WiththeChinesetraditionalview,teachersalwaysareregardedaspersonswhocanintroducetheancestor'sexperience.However,inthecontemporaryworld,thisviewhasfaceachallenge.Now,itismoreimportantthatateachercanintroducethedevelopmentandfutureoftechnologyandsciencecomparedwithintroducingtheancestor'sexperience.AlsoletmetakeChineseaccoutereducationintheuniversityasa
