   外贸合同在对外贸易中的重要地位是毋庸置疑的,如何对外贸合同进行精准的翻译对于交易双方来说会产生直接的影响。

昨天介绍了第一章，下面继续噢~~附一般贸易合同管理流程图。

英文释义:

tothis

中文译词:

至此，在此上。

用法:

在表示上文已提及的“本合同的……本文件的……”时，使用该词。

例如表示“本合同双方”，可以说“thePartieshereto”，这里hereto表示“tothisContract”；表示“本协议附件4”，可用“Appendix4hereto”，这里hereto表示“tothisAgreement”。

语法：

一般置于要修饰的名词的后面，与之紧邻。

hereto和thereto的区别：

同前面所言hereof和thereof的区别类似，hereto强调的是“tothis”。

仲裁费用应由败诉方承担，但仲裁委员会另有裁定的除外。

本协议各方同意，一方对于有关生产及装配许可证产品或部件所做的改进、修正、更新发明或设计均应立即全部通知另一方。

在本协议的有效期内，另一方可以与本协议不相矛盾的方式无偿使用和销售利用改进、修正、更新本发明或设计（无论其是否取得专利权）生产的产品。
