20xx年上半年已经过去，在这半年里我深刻体会到了个工作的汗水与快乐，我把自己的青春倾注于我所钟爱的机修事业上。

上半年的工作已经结束，收获不少，下面我对上半年稍微写一下,为下半年的工作确立新的目标。

一、思想认识。

（1.Thinkingandunderstanding.）

在上半年，作为一员机修工，我在思想上严于律己，热爱自己的事业，自己要求严格，鞭策自己，力争思想上和工作上在领导和同事心目中都认为，这个小伙子能吃苦，不嫌脏不嫌累，工作认真，干起活来从来不拖泥带水。

在公司组织的各项活动中能够积极主动的去参加，如：

公司组织的去其他单位学习交流，安排今年度的救护演习主力救护者。

上半年来，我能圆满的完成班组中安排的各项工作。

我相信在以后的工作中，我会在领导的关怀下，在同事们的帮助下，通过自己的努力，克服缺点，取得更大的进步。

下半年，我将更加努力工作，勤学苦练。

二、维修工作。

（2.Maintenancework.）

在维修工作方面，上半年任务都非常重，有好几个黄金周。

为了索道设备的正常运行公司安排了大量的加班，每月超过半月天数，每次少则一二个小时多则四五个小时不等的加班时。

不能说的上是每次都参加，本人也是超过百分之80的参加率。

但不管怎样，为了把自己的维修水平提高，我坚持，我信念，是工作的越多，相信我的维修技术也在不段的提高。

除了上班工作加班维修除外，也是会偶尔还在网上找一些机械维修资料学习。

平时工作中也是争取每个维修点的机会在请教老同志的维修经验，平时也多和老同志聊天学习。

上半年工作结束了，下半年的工作也是紧张的开始。

后面还有九号支架的大托架更换，十一黄金周节前的检查维护，全年的年度检修一系列的大型加班任务等，这些多是需要认真做好的工作，在工作中学习，领会积累每次的工作经验。

三、制度方面。

在做好各项工作的同时，严格遵守公司的各项规章制度。

严格要求自己。

如：

上班带工号牌，上班按要求统一工装，严格遵守请销假制度等。

处理好公事与私事之间的关系，于同事的人际关系，做到重来不和同事红脸。

下半年，我将更加勤恳，为更好的努力工作，也一如既往的遵守公司制度，学习公司新出台新的制度，自己更加努力学习专业知识，使自己的业务水平更上一层楼。

四、安全工作（Four,safework）

安全是重点，不管是工作也好还是生活也好，人生安全机械安全，多需要我们去时时刻刻高度重视。

上半年在工作中也有出现个别安全事件，一些轻微的手脚磕磕碰碰，出现这一些列小的问题证明还是存在有些疏忽粗心大意，不够注意小节过程，安全意识还是不够全面的考虑到小节。

在以后工作中要弥补考虑不够周到不够全面细节安全隐患。

在下半年，要认真学习安全条例，安全生产，安全注意事项，注重安全，为了更好圆满完成索道维修工，做到无设备安全事故，无人生安全事故，排除一些列的安全隐患。

就是在生活上也要不放松个人安全。

自从93年从事维修电工工作20xx年来，对自己进行一次专业技术总结是一件很有意义的事情。

对以往的工作进行理性地认识，发挥长处，改进不足。

一、不断学习，提高个人修养。

要说多年工作最大的感触，我想说：

选择了维修电工行业，就选择了终生不断的学习。

其一是自觉地学习知识技能，电气是当今社会发展最快的行业，天天在发展，时时在更新，电气控制理论日新月异，新设备层出不穷，时刻感觉到知识和能力的不足，是自己工作的最大障碍。

其二，做事先做人，多年的工作和学习过程中，留心向周围的师傅学习他们做人做事，多看他们身上各自的优点，从别人上学习到了不少的知识、技能，也学到了不少做人的方法和道理，对自己是一种很大的帮助和教育。

尤其是技术性要求很强的行业来不得半点虚假，踏实工作，虚心学习，不得有一点马虎和差错。

其三，注重修养，养成良好的职业道德和修养，摆正自己的位置，端正自己的态度，找准自己的定位，服从领导的安排和指导。

对自己的工作认真负责，勇于承担责任，虚心诚恳地听取别人指点和建议。

其四，不断学习，提高自己思想素质和觉悟。

我是一个有着20xx年党龄的党员，定期参加党员学习和活动已成为了习惯，听广播，看电视，看报纸，及时了解新闻，领悟精神实质和发展趋势。
