述职述廉报告（机关事务管理局局长）
XX年，本人认真学习贯彻上级党委、政府文件精神，落实地委行署的决策部署，和管理局、接待处干部职工一起圆满完成上级布置的各项工作任务，我的主要做法是：
一、政治立场坚定，坚决贯彻执行党的路线方针政策。
通过对各级党委文件精神的学习领会，不断提升自己认识和鉴别事务本质的能力，做到在思想上、言论上、行动同党保持高度一致，这是党的政治纪律，是职责所在，也是我做好本职工作的前提。
在维护祖国统一，加强民族团结，反对民族分裂等大是大非问题上，旗帜鲜明，态度坚决。
特别是今年6月份鄯善6·26事件，和南疆和田事件后立即组织职工学习上级通报，认识事件的本质，教育职工相信党组织，相信人民政府，认清事件的本质是暴力恐怖事件，是民族分裂分子的罪恶行径，做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，带领全体干部职工紧密团结在党的周围，坚决维护祖国统一和民族团结，加强维稳值班力量，主动加派维稳执勤人员到机关重点部位巡逻执勤。
为哈密的团结稳定，做出自己的积极贡献。
严格执行党的纪律，坚持原则。
团结班子其他领导和职工，广泛听取各方面的意见和建议，贯彻落实党的民主集中制原则，积极发挥其他干部职工的工作能力，不搞“一言堂”，始终坚持严格要求自己。
二、发挥集体力量，提高工作效率。
工作中能把握大局，始终把维护哈密的稳定团结的大局面，地区发展大局的思想保持一致，注重发挥班子领导集体的力量，不断提高个人工作能力，虽然我们班子领导分工明确，各负其责，但我们分工不分家，互相支持，把党建工作、行政工作、业务工作同样摆在重要议事日程，创造了一个风清气正、团结和谐、相互信任的班子和集体，让干部、职工心情舒畅、精神愉悦，集中精力做事情、一心一意干事业。
重要决定、重大工作部署，“五重一大”问题经班子充分研究后集体决定，都经过班子和中层领导充分沟通、酝酿、集体讨论决策。
充分发扬民主，凝聚集体智慧，保证了决策的公正、公开和正确。
积极开展批评与自我批评，我经常和班子成员、职工谈心，平等尊重待人，肯定职工成绩，敢于指出其他领导、干部、职工的不足和存在的问题。
三、工作敬业勤恳，敢于大胆管理。
针对本人日常工作既繁琐又无规律性，急、快、突然性较多的特点，要求我必须具有时时刻刻工作的事业心，锻炼了我服务无小事的责任心，养成了我任劳任怨工作的敬业工作方式。
多年来，只要有任务，我就来办公室加班加点安排，检查落实工作的情况。
在管理上，注重单位作风建设，大胆管理，对干部职工，一视同仁，有错敢批评，有成绩受表扬，不搞平均主义，树立榜样威信。
宽容职工的不同观点，只论事，不对人，绝不打击报复，生活中尊重、关心同事和职工，努力给职工创造学习、培训机会，体谅、关心困难职工家庭生活，帮助他们解决困难。
树立了广大干部职工主人翁思想，增强了全局集体责任感。
在作风上，始终保持遵章守纪、求真务实、严谨的工作态度和一丝不苟的作风，积极主动，不畏艰难，尽职尽责。
坚持说实话、办实事，以身作则，发扬艰苦朴素、勤俭耐劳、乐于助人的优良传统，坚决抵制讲排场、比阔气、挥霍浪费、贪图享乐的腐朽思想。
在工作中，经常深入基层职工中间，和他们谈心，掌握职工的思想动态，探讨最有效的工作方式，不断完善工作机制和制度建设，发挥干部职工的积极性，让他们平等参与到决策中来，提高他们的工作能力和思想境界，也不断提升自己的工作能力和管理水平。
在我们班子的共同努力下，管理局和接待处无论是在机关各项工作、生活、组织活动中，干部职工都表现出应有的素养，维护了我们单位的自身形象和荣誉。
四、落实工作任务，提升服务水平。
一年来，带领机关事务管理局、公务接待处圆满完成XX年各项工作。
一是结合党建工作，组织开展创先争优等多项活动，树立党员的光辉形象，用榜样的力量带动全局。
结合扶贫帮困、社区共建工作，培养职工的整体观念，培养职工的爱心和社会意识，推动民族团结工作和社会稳定发展。
通过这些工作、活动，既促进了工作任务的完成，也促进了干部职工的成长。
二是强化绩效管理目标责任，不断完善工作制度，不断创新工作方式，强化作风纪律建设，提高工作效率。
全年没有出现违反程序、延误工作等接待事情，三是不断规范接待程序，认真贯彻中央、自治区厉行节约的一系列精神，认真执行自治区党委《关于党政机关厉行节约制止奢侈浪费行为的规定》以及地委《实施意见》，及时修改了接待管理办法，严格了接待审批程序，规范了接待标准，进一步严格接待纪律，既增加了工作透明度，又有效降低接待费用。
五、以身作则，廉洁自律。
认真履行“一岗双责”，透明工作程序，做到，率先垂范，坚决执行关于廉洁自律有关规定，逐级签订廉政责任书，带头执行领导干部申报制度，如实向组织申报自己的财产、收入等事项，严格约束自己的家属和身边的工作人员，严禁收受礼品。
一是加强对党风廉政建设制度的学习。
牢固树立正确的人生观、利益观和价值观，自觉抵制各种腐朽思想的侵蚀，从思想深处筑起拒腐的长城。
积极引导干部职工廉洁从政，规范行为，特别是按照党务政务公开和党风廉政建设要求，加强制度建设，强化办事程序。
自觉主动接受群众的监督，把工作程序放在阳光下，把权利放在制度中。
二是认真落实党风廉政建设责任制，切实担负起责任，带好班子，带领干部职工，切实落实廉洁自律有关精神和规定，发挥党员、领导干部的表率作用。
三是坚持把党风廉政建设工作落实到日常业务工作当中，投入更多精力和时间亲自督促、检查本单位的党风廉政建设工作。
同时，还经常教育员工，提高廉洁从政的意识，增强执行廉洁自律有关规定的自觉性，有力地推动了我局的廉政建设工作。
四是认真严格执行“五重一大”和“四个不直接分管”的规定，大的项目必须经过政府招投标，单位在集中采购的基础上增加了购前审批手续；维修工程、临时采购设备，议价、询价都经过班子或中层干部的讨论；接待工作严格遵守地区四套班子接待管理规定。
购买、使用接待用品有经办人、库管员、领用单，保证了接待用品规范使用。
车辆实行定点维护,定点加油,保障工作，杜绝私用。
五是强化重点工作、重点项目、重点人员的防腐败教育监督，六是从增强民主意识，服务意识，遇事虚心听取各方面意见，和同志们团结共事，自觉接受党组织、党员、群众和服务对象的监督，接受审计部门的监督，及时公布各类财务账目，增加工作的透明度和公信度。
