1GeneralInformation一般信息

BOILEREFFICIENCYDIRECTIVE

锅炉效率指令

（HOTWATERBOILERSONLY）

（仅热水锅炉）

IncompliancewiththeBoilerEfficiencyDirective,duringcommissioning,alladjustmentstotheburnermustbemadeinaccordancewiththeboilermanufacturer'sinstructionsandthesemustincludecheckingoffluegastemperature,averagewatertemperatureandCO2orCOconcentration.

调试期间必须遵照锅炉效率指令，按照锅炉生产商说明对燃烧器进行所有调整，这些调整必须包括检查烟气温度、平均水温以及CO2或CO浓度。

1.1General

概述

Burnersmustbecheckedatthetimeofdeliveryandanydeficienciesordamageimmediatelyreportedtothecarrierorsupplier.Thecompanywillmakegoodanydefectsorreplacemissingitemsstrictlyinaccordancewiththeircurrentconditionsofsupply.

必须在交付时对燃烧器进行检查，如发现任何缺陷或损坏，应立即向运输公司或供应商报告。

公司将严格根据其当前的供货条件，修复任何缺陷或更换遗失的零部件。

Thecompanyhasapolicyofcontinuousdevelopmentandthereforereservetherighttomakechanges,withoutnotice,inburnerorotherspecifications.

Burnerscarryingthesamemodelnumbermayhavemajordifferencesintheirdetailedspecification,suchasdraughttubelengthstosuitthedimensionsofaparticularappliance,whichmakesitimpossibletogive,inasinglepublication,preciseinformationonthewholerangeofapplications.Dataisreadilyavailablefromthecompanyandcanbesuppliedonapplication.

型号相同的燃烧器的具体规格可能存在很大差异，如适合特定装置尺寸的通风管长度，因此无法为全部应用都提供精确信息。

公司可根据具体应用提供相关数据。

所有TG系列燃烧器都按照欧洲标准BSEN676:

2003进行生产和测试气体燃料自动强制通风燃烧器，定义、要求、测试、标记、EN267强制通风油燃烧器——定义、要求、测试、标记

Itisessentialthatapplianceandburnercombinationsarecorrectlymatched.

装置和燃烧器组合必须正确匹配。

Ifanydoubtexistsaboutthesuitabilityofaparticularcombinationtheinstallermustcheckwiththemanufacturers.

如果对特定组合的适宜性存在任何疑问，用户应与生产商进行协商。

Ifaburneristobefittedtoanexistingboiler,maximumcombustionefficiencycanonlybeachievedifallheattransfersurfacesarecleanedpriortotheinstallation.Generally`TG`seriesburnersarenotsuitableforuseinareasofhighhumidityorinexplosiveatmospheres,butspecialunitssuitableforuseinadversesituationscanbemanufacturedtoacustomer'sspecificrequirements.Detailsofspecialunitsareavailable,onrequest,fromtheDunphysalesdepartment.

如果将燃烧器安装在现有锅炉中，那么只有在安装前清洁所有传热表面，才能实现最大燃烧效率。

一般而言，“TG”系列燃烧器不适合用在高湿度或爆炸性环境中，但可按照客户具体要求制造恶劣条件下适用的专用装置。

专用装置详细规格可根据需要向腾飞（Dunphy）公司销售部索取。

1.2Workingparameters工作参数

AtmosphericAirPressure–willgenerallybeintherangeof950to1100mbar,butthiswillchangewithaltitude,ifthereareanyqueriespleaseconsulttheDunphytechnicaldepartment.

大气压力一般在950至1100mbar范围内，但这个值会随着海拔高度的变化而改变，如有任何问题，请向腾飞公司技术部门咨询。

1.3Burnerconstruction燃烧器结构

Each‘T’seriesburnerisconstructedfrom5separatecastingsdescribedasfollows:

每个“T”系列燃烧器是由五个独立铸件构成的，如下所述：

Hinge铰链

Incommonwithallotherbodycastings,themountingcastingismanufacturedfromaluminiumgradeLM6withthefrontfacedrilledtothedimensionsgiveninsection1.5ofthismanualsuitableformountingstuds.Therearfacehastwoexternallugswhichformpartoftheburnerhingeandisdrilledtoacceptthestudsthatareusedtolocktheburnerclosed.

与其它所有主体铸件一样，安装铸件由LM6铝制成，前面按本手册1.5节所列尺寸钻孔，以放入安装螺柱。

背面有两个外部吊耳，这些吊耳构成燃烧器铰链的一部分，在背面钻孔，以放入锁定燃烧器所需的螺柱。

Thiscastinghousestheburnerdraughttubeandcombustionheadalongwiththeappropriateignitioncablesandflamedetectionequipment.

这个铸件内容纳燃烧器通风管和燃烧头以及相关点火电缆和火焰探测设备。

Fancaseassembly风机箱组件

Thisconsistsoftwoaluminiumcastingswithmachinedfaces,boltedtogetherandenclosingthefan（whichissizedtosuittheparticularburnermodelaccordingtooutputandcombustionchamberresistance）.

风机箱组件由两个铝铸件组成，铝铸件有机加表面，用螺栓连接在一起，封住风机（根据输出和燃烧室阻力调整其尺寸，以适合特定型号的燃烧器）。

Integralwithandinsidethefronthalfofthefancasesarethecompressorblades;ontheoutside,externallugsareattachedwithpinsandthrustbearingstotheburnermountingcastingtoformthehinges.

Therearhalfistappedtotaketheburnerliftingeyeandpadsareusedfortheattachmentofthecomponentsonvariousmodelsoftheburner.Therearfaceismachinedtomatchtheairshutterassembly,whichisattachedtoit.

后半部分攻螺纹容纳燃烧器吊眼，并用衬垫将部件连接到各种不同型号燃烧器上。

Adifferentialairpressureswitch,pipedacrosstheairinletandpressureoutletofthecombustionairfanismountedonthefrontsection.Itsfunctionistopreventtheburnerfromfiringifasupplyofcombustionairisnotavailableortolockouttheburneriftheairsupplyisinterruptedduringnormalrunning.

前部安装一个空气压差开关，助燃风机进气口和压力出口之间用管道连接。

其功能是当没有助燃空气供给时防止燃烧器燃烧，或在正常运行过程中空气供给中断时锁闭燃烧器。

BurnerMotor燃烧器电机

Theburner（fan）motorisacontinuouslyrated2-poleunitwithclass'F'insulation,sizedaccordingtotheapplication.Themotorismountedtheinsideoftheinnershutterthusallowing100%heatrecoveryfromthemotorintothecombustionairofferingefficiencyratingsgreaterthanEFF1.Thisalsoensuresinherentlyquietoperationfromtheburner.

燃烧器（风机）电机是按持续负载计算的“F”级绝缘2极装置，其规格根据具体应用进行调节。

电机安装在内挡板内侧，使从电机回收的热量完全进入助燃空气，因此效率等级大于EFF1。

这还可确保燃烧器平稳运行。

CombustionAirFan

助燃风机

Mounteddirectlyontothemotorshaftandpositionedwithinthefancaseassembly,thefansuppliescombustionairviathecompressorvanesandmountingcastingtothecombustionhead.

直接安装到电机轴上，固定到风机箱组件内，风机通过压缩机叶片和安装铸件向燃烧头提供助燃空气。

Duetothe'T'burnerrequirementforextremelylowvibrationandnoiselevelsthefansaremanufacturedandbalancedtotheveryhigheststandards（ISO1940-2003）.

由于“T”系列燃烧器需要满足极低振动和噪音水平要求，因此按照最高标准（ISO1940-2003）制造和平衡风机。

Allfansarecolourcodedaccordingtosize.

所有风机根据尺寸使用彩色编码。

CombustionHead燃烧头

Theairforcombustionpassesfromtheburnerfanatapressurerelatedtotheresistanceoftheboiler,downthedraughttubetothecombustionhead.Thelatterisanassemblyofcomponentswhichcausethegastobedischargedintotheairflowinsuchawaythatoptimummixingtakesplace.

助燃空气以与锅炉阻力相关的压力从燃烧器风机向下流过通风管进入燃烧头。

后者是导致气体以最佳混合比排入空气流的部件组件。

Manytypesofcombustionheadareavailabledependingonappliancegeometry,gastype,availablegaspressure,NOxlevelrequirementetc…

根据装置几何结构、气体类型、可用气体压力、NOx水平要求等，有很多类型的燃烧头可选。

在任何燃烧器上，燃烧头部件几乎有无限种组合方式可获得最佳效率和火焰形状，以适合各种加热装置。

BurnerControlCabinet燃烧器控制箱

Standardburnersaresuppliedwithadustresistantdamp-proofcabinetmountedonthesideoftheburner.Inmanycasesalltheburnercontrolsarefittedwithinthecontrolcabinet.Inmorecomplicatedinstallations,thiscabinetwouldhouseaterminalstripwhichwouldtheninterfacetoacontroldeskviaflyingleads.

标准燃烧器侧面安装有一个防尘、防潮控制箱。

在很多情况下，燃烧器所有控制器都安装在控制箱内。

在较为复杂的设备中，这个控制箱还可容纳一个端子板，端子板再通过跨线连接到控制台。

AirInletSilencer进气口消音器

Theairinletsilencerhasabuiltinairfilterboxlocatedatitsbase.Thisisafivesidedairfilterwitheachsidehavingareplaceablepieceoffiltermaterial.Regularinspectionoffiltermaterialisnecessarytoavoidcompromisingcombustion.

进气口消音器底座处有一个内置空气过滤箱。

这是一种五面空气过滤器，每个侧面都有一个可更换的滤料件。

需要定期检查滤料，以防影响燃烧。

2Installation安装

2.1BurnerMounting燃烧器安装

Caremustbetakenwhenmountingtheburnernottodamagethemountinggasket.Thefurnacepipe（wherefitted）isgenerallypositionedat12o’clockonthemountingflangeandcaremustbetakennottodamageitduringthemountingprocess.

安装燃烧器时，必须非常小心，以免损坏安装垫片。

炉管（如果安装）通常定位在安装法兰的12点位置处，安装过程中必须特别小心，以防损坏。

将燃烧器固定到装置上时，应确保正确安装燃烧器安装垫片。

垫片在锅炉和燃烧器之间形成气密密封，也可对燃烧器安装铸件起到隔热作用。

Itisimportanttocheckthattheburnerdraughttubeprojectionintothecombustionchamberconformstotheappliancemanufacturersinstructions.

必须检查燃烧器通风管伸入燃烧室的突出部分是否符合设备生产商说明。

Nonstandarddraughttubeprojectionsareavailableonrequest,-pleaseconsulttheDunphysalesdept.

非标准通风管突出部分可根据需要提供，请向腾飞公司销售部门索取。

Ingeneral,forreverseflameboilersthedraughttubeprojectionintothecombustionchambershouldbebetween50and100mm.Forotherboilerstheburnerdraughttubeshouldfinishflushorslightlyproudofanyboilerrefractoryorinsulation.

一般而言，对于回燃锅炉，通风管伸入燃烧室的突出部分应在50到100mm之间。

对于其它锅炉，燃烧器通风管应与锅炉任何耐火层或保温层齐平或略突出。

Ifthereisanydoubtaboutthecorrectprojectionintothecombustionchamber,theappliancemanufacturermustbeconsulted.

2.2GasValvemounting气阀安装

2.2.1BurnerfittedwithUnibloc装有Unibloc的燃烧器

TheUniblocgasvalveisaheavyitemandwillrequiretwopersonstoliftitintopositionandsecureinplaceusingboltsprovided.
