Todayisthefirstdayofmyinternship,withanervousmood,at3PMIarrivedinDaliCountyandintotheconstructionsite.Thisisafillsubgradeconstructionsite,intheconstructionsite,theenthusiasmyangengineertakemetoseethesceneoftheroadbedandallkindsofconstructionequipmentsuchasexcavators,dumptruck,roller.Wealsosawabridgeexpansionjointinstallednearthesceneandbridgefabricationyardneartheworkshed.

Yangengineerexplainedthebasicsituationandarrangementofconstructionsitetome.Asaconstructionsite:

shouldpayattentiontogenerallayout,suchassteelprocessingarea,riversand,cementandothermaterialsyard,Ialsounderstandtheorganizationofprojectdepartment,mainlyhastheprojectmanager,productionmanager,technicaldirector,constructionmanager,estimator,safetymanager,materialsmanager,qualityengineer,thebuilder.Andhaveapreliminarystudyoftheengineering,theproject,No.221provincialhighwayinLuohebridgeandleadproject,isconstructedbyWeinanHuatongRoad&BridgeCo.Ltd,thehighwaystartingintheDaliCounty,HuashanatthefootofG310K1026+300attheend.Bidpriceis¥16618020.99.

Throughadayoflearning,Ihavethebasicknowledgeandunderstandingabouttheconstructionsite,anddeeplyfeelthattheknowledgeofsiteonbookisnotenough,andtheinternshipisthefirststeponthecombinationoftextbookandpractical.

Todayistheseconddaycametotheconstructionsite,engineerYangdidnotletmegowatchproject,butletmevisitthesitenexttothetemporaryshedandlearnaboutsitesafetyissuesbecauseitisthemostbasicstepsoftheconstructionsite.Constructionsitesafetyproblemsaretwokinds:

the"threeguarantees"protectionandthe"five-limb"protection.The"threeguarantees"namely:

safetyhelmets,safetybelts,safetynets.Wheretoentertheconstructionsitepersonnelmustwearasafetyhelmet.Helmetsshouldalwayscheck,donotmeettherequirementsofthefirmscrapped.Workat2mand2mabove,youmustfastenyourseatbelt.Harnessthevariouspartsshallbearbitrarilyremovedandreplaced.Specifications,materialmustconformtothenationalstandardsofsafetynet,carefullytestedpriortouse.Theprojectoutsideoflateralandgantryusesdensemeshsafetyclosed,safetynetsupport,andaftercheckingbeforeuse."Five"ismainlytoprotectiverailingsaroundthepit,anunloadingplatformrequirements.Includesconstructioninprogressbuildingsfacingside,faceside,balcony,liftlimb,pitupprotectiverailings.

Todayisdirectlyobservingthefirstday，Isawtheroadlayout.Inconstruction,startedbeforethefirstbenchmark,engineermustreviewthetraverseclosureresultsmeasurementandmeasurement,iftheresultwasright,wecandonextstep,measurementsfootoftheslope,landboundarymarkersandsubgradelofting.Wirecammeasurewelearnedin“surveyingpractice”indetaillastterm,surveyinginroadlinedesignisalsoanimportantpartofthislesson,thishappenedtobelinkedwithtextbooks.

InPileLoftingistoadistanceofthenearestwireforthestation,rearadjacenttraversepoints,rangingreleasedthepilepoint,viewingangleanddistanceistothecoordinatesofthethreepointscalculated.InthecompletionofPileLoftingwithlimeonthegroundmarkedwhiteline.Intheloftingofthepileshouldpayattentiontotwo:

（1）afteramediumpile,theneedforinstrumentzerocheckandzeroerrorshouldbewithinatolerance,otherwisethepositionshouldberelayout;

TodayIandYangEngineerinanotherplacetoseetheinstallationofthedrainagepipe,theinstallationofthedrainagepipeinlinemeetthecriterionof"highwaysubgradeconstructiontechnicalspecifications"F10-2006JTGtechnicalspecifications.Thedrainagepipeismainlyresponsibleforrainwater,sewage,farmirrigationdrainagetask.Thedrainpipeisdividedintoconcretepipe（CP）andreinforcedconcretepipe（RCP）.Thisconstructionsiteuseconcretepipe（CP）fortheroadsurfacedrainage.

Theconstructionprocessofthedrainagetubewith10cmthickgravelcushionbedding,cushionlayingiscompletedwithsmalltamperstamping,pouringC15concretefoundation.Pouringintotwolayers,thefirst10cmthickC15concrete,tomeettherequirementsoftheintensityofthefirstinstallationofdrainagepipe,andthenpouring41.5cmthickC15concreteonthedrainagepipe.Intheconstruction,drainagetubeinsideandoutsidethewallshallnotforanyreasontoproducecrackandnotch,lestproducenotcheffect;inthedrainagepipelayingprocess,drainagetubearoundmaynotbedirectlyandhighlightsomeofthestonesandotherhardmaterialcontact,soastoavoidpipewallrupture.Atthesametime,weshouldpayattentiontotrytoavoidthewateroflife,iftheconstructionareaandpitnearthesourceoflivingwater,channelwillseparatedfromthelivingwater,theremovalofthedamduringconstruction,withspecialattentiontoavoidpollutionsourcesinthelife.
