1.Summary:
Thishighandlowpressurethinoillubritoryisusedfortheprincipalaxletreeoftheballmill.Eachballmillequipssuchalubritory.Thehighandlowpressureoillubritoryismadeupofhighandlowpressureoilsupplysystems.Thehigh-pressureoilsupplysystemprovidesstaticpressuresupporttotheprincipalaxletreeatbothendsoftheballmillseparatelywhilethelowoneissplitintwoaftereffusingtheoiltoprovidethedynamicpressurelubrication.
Thehighpressureoilsupplysystem:
theballmillhastotransportthehighpressureoilbeforestartingorstoppingsothattheprincipalaxletreeofitfloatsandtheoilfilmatacertainthicknessisformedbetweentheprincipalaxletreeandthesphericaltile.Withtheaimtodebasethestartingmoment,otherwisethetilekilningaccident,causedbythedirecttangencyoftheprincipalaxletreeandthesphericaltile,willoccurwhentheballmillstopsiftherotatespeedofitistoolowtoformtherequiredoilfilm
Thelowpressureoilsupplysystem:
whentheballmillrunsnormally,thedynamicpressurelubricationwillformbetweentheprincipalaxletreeandthesphericaltile,whichdebasesthewearing,reducesthepowerconsumption,carriesawaythegeneratingheat,refrigeratestheprincipalaxletreeandlengthenstheservicelifeoftheequipments.
Theoperatingenvironmentofthislubritoryrequiresindoor,dryair,nodamp,lustration,nonoxiousgases,noexplosivitygases,noaggressivegaseswreckingmetalandinsulation,noconductingdust,nomorethan1500metersaltitudeandaroundthe5-40Celsiusdegrees.

3.OperationPrinciple:
Thehighandlowpressurethinoillubritoryismainlymadeofoiltank,high-pressureoilpump,high-pressurereliefvalve,highbackpressurevalve,electromagneticaldiversionvalve,high-pressurevalve;low-pressureoilpump,low-pressuresafetyvalve,lowbackpressurevalve,oilfilter,cooler;pressurecontroller,humiditycontroller,electricalcrunodethermometer,pressureinstrument,pipeline,low-pressurevalveandsoon.
Thelow-pressureoilpumpelectromotorhastobestartedfirstwhentheballmillstartsorstops.Thenthelow-pressureoilpumpwilldrawoutthedubbingfromtheoiltankthroughdiversionvalve,oilfilter,cooler,low-pressurevalve,intermediatepipingandflowcontroldevicesendingtotheoilsiteoftheprincipalaxletreeatbothendsoftheballmill.Atthesametime,thedubbingdrawnoutissenttotheinputportofthehigh-pressureoilpump.Afterthelowoilpressureachievesthenormalvalue,thehigh-pressureoilpumpelectromotorhastobestarted.Thenthehigh-pressureoilpumpwilldrawoutthehigh-pressuredubbingchangedfromthelow-pressureonethroughhighbackpressurevalveandhigh-pressurevalvetotheprincipalaxletreeoftheballmill.Effusingfromtheoilsite,thelubricationwillpassthroughtheoilreturnportattheprincipalaxletreeoftheballmill,theintermediatepiping,theoilreturnfiltersettedintheoiltankandreflowtheoiltankafterfiltration.
Thiscycleprocesswillensurethelubricatingsystemworknormally.
Theover-oil-pressureprotectiontothehighandlowpressureofthesystemisfinishedbythereliefvalveandsafetyvalve.Whentheoilpressureexceedsthesetupoilpressurevalueattheworkingcondition,thereliefvalveandsafetyvalvewillautomaticallyopentostepdownthepressureinordertorealizetheoverloadprotection.
Theoperatingpressurevalueofthelowpressuresystemdependsonthefactorsoftheopeningleveloftheoilsite,thedifferenceofelevationbetweenthelubritoryoutletandtheoilsite,thelengthofpipeline,thequantityofelbow,andthevalveopeningandsoon.
Theoperatingpressurevalueofthehighpressuresystemismainlydeterminedbytheloadanddependsontheweightoftheballmillitselfandtheload,theclearancebetweenthesphericaltileandthejournaloftheprincipalaxletree.Theotherinfluentialfactorsarethesameasthatofthelowpressuresystem.
Thedraincontaminationvalveonthelubritoryisusedforquicklyeliminatingthewasteoilwhichreachestherenewaldateandcan’tbeusedeverintheoiltank.
Twohigh-pressuregaugesareusedfordirectlyobservingtheoilpressureofthehighpressuresystem.Fourhigh-pressurecontrollersareusedforcontrollingtheoilpressureofthehighpressuresystem.Twolow-pressuregaugesareusedfordirectlyobservingthemaximumoiltemperaturewarningoflow-pressureoilout.Oneelectricalcrunodethermometerisusedforhighoiltemperaturewarningintheoiltank.Twotemperaturecontrollersareusedforcontrollingtheoperationoftheelectricalheaterandelectromagneticalgatevalve.
Theoiltankofthelubritoryisenclosedtype.Thesuperchargedaircleansersettedonitwillmeettheworkingconditionthatthealtitudedifferencefromtheoilouttotheoilsiteislessthan6.0meters.
Ifsomeaccidentoccursandtheoilsupplyhastobestoppedtofix,themaingeneratingroomorthedesigninginstitutedon’tallowtheUtypeofpipelineforconnectionwhendoingthedesignoftubingandtheusers’construction.Theconnectedcalibershouldbegreaterthanorequaltothatofoilout.Thevalveononesideoftheoiltankmustbeclosedwhenfixinginordertoensurethemaintenanceworkundernooilcondition.
4.StructuralFeatures:
4.1Thelubritoryhasthreehigh-pressureoilpumps,thetwoofwhichworkatthesametimeandsupplytheoiltooneprincipalaxletreeoftheballmillseparatelywhiletherestoneisforstandby.Italsohastwolow-pressureoilpumps,oneofwhichisforworkingandtheotheroneisforstandbytoo.
4.2Theoilfilterofthelowpressuresystemissettedonthefrontofcolumnwisecooler.Thefiltrationeffectswillbegoodiffiltratingfirstandthencooling.(Theoil’sthroughcapacityrepresentedintheoilfilterhassomethingtodowiththeviscositytemperaturecharacteristic.Whenthetemperatureishigh,theoilviscosityislowandthethroughcapacityisgreat.Contrariwise,thethroughcapacityislow.)
4.3Theoilfilterofthelowpressuresystemadoptstwin-cylindernetwork-patternoilfilterandonefilterelementisforworkingwhiletheotheroneisforstandby.Whentheworkingfilterelementisjammedandwarning,weshouldletthestandbyonetoworkbymovingtheswitchinghandontoit.Thejammedfilterelementcanbetakenouttocleanoutorreplacementwhendoingthenormalmaintainingbutnottostopthehost.
4.4TheoilfilterofthelowpressuresystemadoptstheGLCtypeofshell-andtubeoilcooler,whichadoptsfinnedtube.Thewatersidechanneladoptsdoublemonitorframework,whichputsuptheadvancedtechnologyanddistinctheatexchangeeffect.
4.5Theoilreturnmagnetismfilterissettedatthebackoftheoilreturnportintheoiltank,whichwilladsorbthescrapironfromtheoilreturnandfiltertheoilreturn.
4.6Themeteristobesettedonthepipelineattheobserved-tendposition,whichlooksbeautiful.
4.7Aby-pathvalveconnectedtotheoilreturntankissettedattheoutletpipingonthelowpressuresystem,whichisusedforthelow-pressureoiloutdistributaryandfilteringcircularly.
4.8Thelubritoryhastheelectriccabinetwhichcanbeorderedwiththelubritorybytheusersifrequired.Andtheelectriccabinethasitsindividualoperatingspecification.
5.MainControlFunction:
5.1OilPressureControl
Eachhigh-pressureoilouthastwopressurecontrollersandfouronesintotal.Thepressurecontrollerisusedformonitoringtheoilpressureandseparatelycontrollingthestandbyoilpumpelectromotorwhethertobeelectrified,overhigh-pressurewarningandthestartingoftheballmill.
Thefirstgroupofthesecondhigh-pressureoiloutport:
Afterthehigh-pressureoilpumpworks,whentheoilpressureachievestothefirstsettingvalue(thesettingvalueisdeterminedbytheactualoilpressurewhentheballmillislifted.)ofthepressurecontroller(therangeofitis2.5-25MPa),thesystemwillenterthenormaloperatingcondition.Theindicatorlightshowsthehighpressurenormally.Afterthepressurestabilizes,theballmillcanbestarted.Whentheoilpressurecan’tachievethesettingvalue,thesound-
