参考文献格式：
英文参考书目内容包括：
1．作者：
英文作者名在前，姓在后，中间用逗号隔开，逗号之后留一空格。
如作者的名字为CharlesB.Wheeler在参考文献中写成：
Wheeler,CharlesB.
又如作者名字为ArthurMizener在参考文献中写成：
Mizener,Arthur.
2．出版年份：
作者之后留一空格，紧跟出版年份，加逗号或圆点句号、空格。
如：
Wheeler,CharlesB.1990,
又如：
Mizener,Arthur.1962,
3．文献题目：
论文题目用单引号表示，题目第一个字母大写，其他用小写，引号之后加逗号，如：

5．起止页码：
引用专著的起止页码一般在文章的夹注中表示，因此在参考文献中可以略去。
6．夹注的表示方法是：
夹注内容方在括号内，（作者姓，发表/出版年份，页码），例如：
（1）[正文]Retentionlinksareinfactformedinthemostsilentofperiods,thatofsleep:
“Theminddoesmuchofthisworkduringsleep”（Stevick1980:
41）
与之对应的参考文献是：

如果正文中提及作者，夹注只需（发表/出版年份，页码），如：

7．如果是编者，则在姓名之后加ed.,如：

8．如果有两个作者，中间用&连接，如果有三个（以上）作者，前面的用逗号隔开，最后两个用&连接。
如：

9．如果是杂志/期刊的文章，在文章题目后加杂志/期刊名、卷号、期号、起止页码：

10．如果同一条目跨行，第二行开始要缩进3-5个空格，如上例。

电子资料也应提供与参考文献尽可能一致的信息，此外，还需在上述信息的末尾加上“（online）”说明，并用“Available:

13．书中章节：
书中章节属析出文献，先标明直接引用文献的信息（上述），后加“In”一词引出：
书的作者/编者，书名，出版城市，出版社，起止页码。
如：

中文参考书:
中文参考书的内容一般不宜用引号直接引述，建议作英文释义后使用，正文提及作者时，建议采用汉语拼音加汉字夹注，在参考文献中，用汉语姓名后加汉语拼音加注。
如：
[正文]ZhangJin（张今）andChenYunqing（陈云青）madeanattempttoseekthecorrespondingwaysofexpressingtheEnglishdegree.[…]InthisaspectEnglishandChineseresembleeachotherinabigway.（Zhangetal1981:
267）
与之对应的参考文献是：
张今（ZhangJin），陈云青（ChenYunqing）编著，1981，《英汉比较语法纲要》.商务印书馆。
中文参考文献其余要件与英文相似，不过只有书刊名才用书名号，文章题目不加任何符号。

注意：
1、参考书目/参考文献的列示应使用相同格式，不要在同一个参考书目中使用不一致的格式。
2、一般英文参考书目在前，中文参考书目在后，并按照字母顺序依次排列。
参考文献可以标出序号，也可以不标序号。
