Admittedly,someresearchesarealsointroducingspecialcontroversiesontheirunsureresults.Forexample,theClonetechnology,thoughitisusefulinsomescientificarea,isnotwelcomedbyeveryonefromthebeginning.Someareworriedthatthefinalconsequenceofthistechnologyisdestroyingorevenvitaltopeople’slivingandthesociety.Tothiskindsofnot-all-popularresearch,whethergovernmentshouldtrytoinvestalotisunderdiscussion,butthesearespecialandrare,whichdon’tdiscredittheassertionthatgovernmentshouldworkouttoinvest.
