（二轮复习接近尾声，如何缓解备考压力?
）
1、自我暗示。
人生总是有起有落的，考试也是一样。
由于各种原因，并不是每个人都能在考场中充分发挥出自己的真实水平，榜上无名，脚下有路。
历史上有很多杰出人才没有受过高等教育，但照样做出了杰出的贡献。
所以作为考生不必过度夸大考试尤其是中、高考的决定性，你越是担心考试结果，往往越不容易考出好成绩。
学生以理性的态度去看待考试，心情自然就会放松，压力也会随之减少。
2、饮食调节。
很多父母担心孩子考试紧张压力大，怕孩子营养不良，所以在高考前会给孩子大量进补或者供给丰富的营养餐，一些父母甚至买保健品给孩子吃，其实这些没必要。
备考期间，不能大吃大喝，只要按照平时的饮食习惯就可以，适当多吃些水果和蔬菜，补充维生素，有益于大脑的思考。
高考期间，食物以清淡为主，炎热的时候可以加点苦瓜降降内火。
3、师生之间交流。
在几年的学生生涯中，每个同学都有自己信任和崇拜的老师，如果发动这些老师做学生的思想工作，效果将非常理想。
4、学生之间相互鼓励。
高三学生在考试期间最需要交流，也最需要宣泄。
同龄人在一起时，哪怕是发发牢骚，也可以释放一下压力。
在紧张备考时，你可以将内心的苦闷、不满向朋友倾诉，听听朋友的意见，同时也要多关心同学，听听他们的倾诉。
人在最艰难的时候，如果有人不断地给予自己肯定和鼓励，那真是人生的一大幸事。
5、环境调节。
在紧张的复习后，如果有条件，可以到空旷的地方远眺一会儿，呼吸新鲜空气，这样可调节心情，放松大脑，更有益于学习。
每天起床，打开窗户，往远处看。
所谓站得高，望得远，你可以在阳台放一凳子垫脚，看看跟平时的视野有什么不同。
让自己有意外的视觉收获，增强高考信心。
6、短时间放松。
虽然学习很紧张，但像讲笑话，听相声，听轻音乐，进行体育锻炼或与人交流等的时间还是有的。
学习不差这一两个小时，有了好的身体之后，效率反而会提高。
很多家长（微博）存在这样一个误区，认为孩子在学习上花的时间越长越好，甚至有些还要求孩子熬夜学习。
学得多不一定学得好，学习并不是“苦力活”，它更多的是一种脑力劳动。
运动可以提高孩子的免疫力，有利于身体健康，也是释放压力的一种方式。
所以，不要为了学习成绩而减少运动时间。
