一、问题描述
钢筋混凝土梁承受弯曲荷载,分析其变形和应力。
梁长1350mm,宽150mm,高300mm,左端对称约束,距离右侧75mm约束X和Y,距离右侧600mm处施加Y向位移-5mm,求解并观察其应力和裂纹分布。
二、实体建模
1.材料属性
Mat1拉筋E=2e5V=0.3,屈服应力350MPa,TM=0
Mat2压筋E=2e5V=0.3,屈服应力200MPa,TM=0
Mat3混凝土E=2.4e4V=0.2,型号C20
Mat4箍筋E=2e5V=0.3,屈服应力200MPa,TM=0
2.单元类型
1)beam188截面为圆截面,尺寸如下
ID1,d=18mm
ID2,d=8mm
ID4,d=4mm
2)Solid65
3)Plane182
3.有限元模型
采用三维实体建模,混凝土选用solid65单元,钢筋选用beam188单元,模型如图1所示
4.网格划分
对拉筋划分合适的网格,在划分网格时候选择对应的材料Mat1,然后用同样的方法对压筋划分网格,拉压筋划分网格必须每隔75mm划分一个,因为箍筋的排列间距为75mm,这样能够保证箍筋和拉压筋在同一个位置能够完全吻合。
划分混凝土网格时,先对其中的一个面划分网格,然后将面沿着Z轴的一条直线进行拖拽,拖拽中选择solid65单元,完成混凝土网格的划分。
划分箍筋网格,宽度方向划分6份,高度方向划分8份,选择材料Mat4,完成后将箍筋连同网格沿Z轴方向复制19次,间距为75mm。

5约束施加
距离右侧75mm约束X和Y,距离右侧600mm处施加Y向位移-5mm,左边施加对称约束。
三、结果分析
对求解选项进行设置,步长设置为40,混凝土问题有可能不收敛,为了能够尽可能使其收敛,需要将收敛准则改为0.05或者更大,选择everything,进行求解。
结果如下图3所示:

最终结果显示,拉筋和压筋的最大应力都没有超过屈服强度,在线弹性范围内工作,这符合设计要求,但是混凝土实际最大应力为30Mpa,而理论设计应力为20Mpa,超过了其能够承受的最大荷载,在工程中是不允许的,所以为了整体结构的可用性,需要提高混凝土强度,可选用C40型号的混凝土。
