卷帘门安装作业指导书

Installationinstructionofroll-upshutter

卷帘门包括防火卷帘门和普通卷帘门。

普通卷帘门的传动方式有手动、电动与手动组合传动两种。

电动兼手动式的，在正常情况下用电动启闭，当遇到临时停电或其他意外时，则可用手动开闭。

1、卷帘门安装施工准备

Preparationforinstallation

⑴洞口准备：

Preparationforwalltowall

a、检查洞口尺寸与卷帘门尺寸是否相符，卷帘门预留洞口的尺寸，可按3m洞口选用，一般洞口宽度和高度均不宜超过5m。

b、检查洞口的导轨预埋件和支架预埋的位置、数量是否正确。

⑵辅助材料准备：

预埋铁件、连接垫板、膨胀螺栓、射钉、螺钉、电焊条及防火装置等。

Subsidiarymaterial:

pre-built-iniron,connectplate,expensionbolt,shootnail,screw,electricweldingstripandfireproofdeviceetc.

⑶机具准备：

电焊机、手电锯、冲击电钻、射钉枪、手锤、铁凿、螺丝刀、水平尺、铁角尺、钢卷尺、吊线坠、粉线包及电工用具等。

Tools:

electricweldingmachine,shootnailgun,electricsaw,electricdrill,ironchisel,ironhammer,screwdriver,levelruler,steelrollruler,angleruler,linebag，plummetandotherelectrictools.

⑷作业条件

Workcondition

a、已按设计规范设计的卷帘门，按其型号查阅该产品说明书并熟悉电气原理图。

Accordingtoroll-upshuttermodeltocheckproductspecificationandbefamiliarwithelectrictheory.

b、检查卷帘门及其零附件的质量和表面处理，均应达到了合格水平。

Checkqualityandsurfaceconditionofshuttersurface

conditionanditsparts,allofthemmustcheckout.

c、对卷帘门和零部件的各部位基本尺寸进行测量，与设计院要求一致。

4、卷帘门的安装形式

Roll-upshutterinstallation

⑴洞中安装：

卷帘门安装在墙体中间，即装在洞中，帘片可向内侧或外侧卷起。

Middleinstallation:

shutterbeinstalledinthemiddleof

thewall,shuttercanRollupbothinsideandoutside.

⑵洞侧安装：

卷帘门安装在墙体侧面，即装在洞外（或洞里），帘片向外侧卷起。

（见图6）

Sideinstallation:

shutterbeinstalledatthesideofwall,that’soutside/insideofwallhole,shutterRollupoutside.

导轨的安装形式，有埋入式（导轨内装）和外露式（导轨外装）两种。

防火卷帘门的安装，一般是焊接在洞口墙体的预埋铁件上。

Trackcanbeinstalledinsideandoutside,normally,firproofshutterbeweldedwithpre-built-inpartswhichinthewallbody.

5、卷帘门安装流程

Installationsteps:

普通卷帘门的安装工艺与防火卷帘门的安装工艺大同小异，只是防火卷帘的安装较普通卷帘安装要复杂一些。

防火卷帘门还需装配温感、烟感、光感报警控制系统及水幕喷淋装置。

一旦遇有火情，防火卷帘门可自动报警、自动喷淋、自动落门，具有综合防火性能。

下面以防火卷帘门为例，叙述其安装方法和调试顺序。

Thefollowaretheinstallationmethodandadjustmentsequenceforthefireproofroll-upshutter.

⑴测量、弹线：

按照设计规定位置，复核洞口尺寸，定出地坪标高线和吊顶标高线；弹出导轨的安装位置线；弹出传动支架垂直线和卷筒体的中心线。

Measureandlinemarking:

accordingtodesignlocationtocheckwalltowallsize,marktheheightbetweenfloorandtop,markthetrackinstallationlocation,marktheverticallineoftheconveybracketandthecenterlineofrollbucket.

⑵安装卷筒：

先将链轮连接板焊接在主支架板上。

用支架角钢焊接（或膨胀螺栓固定）于墙体预埋铁件（或混凝土墙）上；将主副支架板焊接在支架角钢中间；然后安装卷轴，紧固螺丝，需确保卷轴与支架板垂直。

⑶安装传动设备：

安装减速器和驱动部分，必须将坚固件镶紧，不得有松动现象。

conveydeviceinstallation:

thefastnessmustbetightened,wheninstallreduceranddriverdevice.

⑷安装电控系统：

首先应熟悉并掌握电气原理图，然后根据《产品说明书》安装。

Electriccontrolsysteminstallation:

firstly,befamiliarwiththeelectrictheorydrawing,thenaccordingtoproductsspecificationtoinstallit.

⑸空载试车：

在安装好传动系统和电气控制系统后，尚未装上帘板之前，应接线进行空载试车。

卷筒必须转动灵活，调试减速器使其转速适宜。

Nocarrytest:

whenfinishtheconveydeviceandelectriccontrolsysteminstallation,beforecurtainplateinsallation,plesetesttheflexibleofrollbucketandthespeedofthereducer.

⑹安装帘板：

将吊脚穿上三到五片帘片，再固定于卷轴上；然后穿帘片与底梁。

帘板两端的缝隙应均等，不许有擦边现象。

curtainplateinstallation:

connect3-5curtainplatesbytopconnectplate,andthenfixthemontherollaxis,thenconnectcurtainplatesandbottombeam,thegapbetweenthecurtainplatesmustkeepsameness.

⑺安装导轨：

根据已弹好的导轨安装位置线，若是钢结构或有预埋铁件墙体，就将导轨焊牢于洞口两侧及上方钢构或预埋铁件上，并焊成一体；若是混凝土墙体，则用膨胀螺丝将泥脚固定于墙体上，再将导轨点焊在泥脚上，调整垂直度，然后进行固定，两侧导轨必须在同一垂面上，并做好防锈处理。

Trackinstallation:

forsteelstructurewallorpre-built-inironwall,weldthetrackintosteelstructurewallorpre-built-iniron,forconcretewall,fixthebottomconnectplatebyexpansivebolt,thenweldthetrackintobottomconnectplate,adjustitsuprightnessthenfixit,andrustproofhandle.

⑻安装箱罩：

用膨胀螺丝连接泥脚固定在墙体上（混凝土墙体）或泥脚直接焊接于墙体上（钢结构墙体）；对于整体式箱罩，将箱罩边角钢与泥脚焊接即可。

对于拼装式箱罩，用角钢做支架焊接在泥脚及结构上，做到支架垂直水平，再将帘片或平板铆钉于骨架上，最后用包角将边接缝收口。

Boxcoverinstallation:

connetthebottomconnectplatewithwall（concretewall）byexpansiveboltorweldthebottomconnectplateintowall（steelstructure）.forintegrativeboxcover,weldtheboxcoveranglesteelintobottomconnectplate.formedleyboxcover,weldtheanglesteelintobottomconnectplate,thenfixthecurtainontheframework,atlast,closeupthejoint.

⑼安装限位块：

安装限位装置和行程开关，并调整弹簧，使其松紧程度合适。

locationrestrictdeviceinstallation:

installrestrictdeviceandbutton,adjustthespringtothesuitablecondition.

⑽安装喷淋系统：

水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水幕喷淋系统：

水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水幕喷头、水力警铃、压力开关及水流指示器等装置。

安装好喷淋系统后，应与总控制系统接通。

（适用于防火卷帘）

Waterspraysysteminstallation:

thissystemincludefiredetectoralarm,alarmcontrolvalve,firefighting

electromagneticvalve,rainvalve,sprayer,hydraulicalarm,

pressurebuttonandwaterflowindicatoretc.,connecttheheadcontrolsystemafterfinishinstallation.（forfireproofroll-upshutter）.

⑽接线调试：

先通过手拉链条手动试运行，再用电动机启闭卷帘门数次，并做好相应的调整，直至启闭无卡住、无阻滞、无异常噪声等弊病为止。

全部调试符合要求后，装上防护罩。

Connectiontest:

atfirst,manualoperationthroughchain,thenoperateitbyelectricityforseveraltimestillithasnonoice,noblockandoperatesmoothly,theninstalltheshield.

⑾粉刷面层：

最后装饰门洞口面层，并将门体周围全部擦、扫干净。

Surfacestucco:

stuccowalltowalsurfaceandcleanitssurroundings.

6、卷帘门安装注意事项

Roll-upshutterinstallationnote:

⑴卷帘门安装必须牢固，帘板应开闭流畅。

Shuttermustbefirminstalled,andsmoothopen/closeofcurtainplate.

⑵为了牢固起见，安装导轨应尽量焊在洞口的预埋铁件上，也可用M12×130的膨胀螺栓固定。

电动卷帘门洞口墙体若系砌筑结构时，导轨需用穿墙螺栓固定，或按设计规定安装。

Forfastnessconsideration,trackweldintopre-built-inironorfixbyM12×130expansivebolt,ifthereisbrickwall,beforetrackinstallation,fixtheitbyboltorinstallitaccordingtodesignrequirement.

⑶卷帘门的帘板有反正之分，安装时务必注意，以免装错返工。

Thecurtaindistinguishobversinverse,inordertoavoidrepeatwork,pleasenoteitwheninstallation.

⑷卷帘轴的安装必须水平，同时，卷帘轴应与导轨槽垂直，以保障卷筒转动灵活。

Levelinstalltheshutteraxis,atthesametime,inordertoensureflexibleoperation,shutteraxismustkeepuprightnesswithtrackrabbet.

⑸附设人行小门的卷帘门，小门应设置在门洞的左边或右边。

欲开启卷帘门时，需将小门框卸下后，才能卷起帘板。

Ifshutterwithsmalldoor,installthesmalldoorontheright/left,beforeopentheshutterpleasemovethesmalldoorframe.

7、完工后事项

Workcompletion:

⑴、清理现场余留的杂物，多余零件退还公司。

Removethesitesundries,redundantpartsreturncompany.

⑵、完工后及时签完工单交与公司工程部，并在完工后15天内检查验收组报验，产品与数量要清楚。

Signtheworkcompletionformandsubmittheformtoengineeringdept.,checkandacceptwithin15days.
