Abstract:

thispaperintroducesthebasiccontentandtheprincipleoftherotarytabledesign,putforwardtheresearchdirectionoftherotarytable,broadenthedesignideaofdesigner.Improvetheefficiencyoftherotarytabledesign,shortenthedevelopmentcycleofnewtyperotarytable,throughthestudyofthisarticleisforthequalityofproductsofpre-assessment,determinethescopeoftheproductionandprocessingofprecisionindexprovidesanimportantbasis.

0Introduction

OnApril11to16,2011,thethemeof"scienceandtechnologyinnovationtomeetthecrisisgeneration"ofthe12thChinainternationalmachinetoolexhibition(CIMT2011)washeldinBeijing.Inaneconomiccrisishazedissipating,slowrecoveryunderthebackgroundofinternationaleconomy,China'seconomyhealthyandrapiddevelopmentpattern,isattractingmoreandmoreattention.Inthisexhibition,theknowledgeofmachinetools,tools,manufacturingenterprisesathomeandabroadGatherinBeijing,astheeconomiccrisisafterthebaptismofmachineryindustrybroughtafeastfullofimaginationandcreativityofscienceandtechnology.IstheexhibitionofmachinetoolaccessoriesexhibitionIntermsofproduct,highefficiency,highprecision,highreliability,highlifestillistodevelopthethemeofpursuit.Asforthemachinetoolaccessoriesrotarytableisnoexception.Rotarytableisdividedintoindexingtable,androtarytable.Indexingtablecanonlybecompleteddividingmovement,thereisnofunctionoffeed.Canbeusedwithworkasawhole,canalsobeusedalone.Commonpositioningpinandrattoothplate;NcrotarytableistheidealmatchingaccessoriesofallkindsofCNCmillingmachineandmachiningcenter.TurnbacktothetabledesignProcessincludeThebasictypesofrotarytablesnotonlythemechanicaldrivemechanism,anditalsoinvolvesthemechanicalandelectricalcontrolsystem,thedesignideaofthetwopartsasthedemandofthemarketandcustomers,constantlyupdateandperfect,therefore,thedesignandresearchdirectionoftherotarytabledirectlyaffectthebenefitandtheriseandfalloftheturntableproductionenterprises.

1Thebasictypesofrotarytable

1.1Generalturntable

Rotarytableisboringmachine,drillingmachine,millingmachineandtheslottingmachine,andotherimportantaccessories,usedforprocessingandthereisarequirementfordividinghole,slotandslope,turntheworkbenchwhenprocessing,canbeprocessingarcsurfaceandgroove,etc.Accordingtothestructureisdividedintodifferentlevelsturntablegeneralturntable,lietheturntableanduniversalturntable.

mountedontheturntablespindleprecisioncirculargratingorroundinductosynanddisplayunitbythenumberofwordstheAnglevalue.Theabovetwoprecisionturntabledividingprecisionupto+/-1

(3)theultra-precisionendtoothdiscturntable:

useapairofprecisionofresearchon1440,720or360toothfacetoothdiscdividingpositioning,theindexingaccuracyupto+/-0.01”,makeapreciseAnglemeasurement.

2Thedesignparametersandtheworkingprincipleofrotarytable

Rotarytabledesignparametersinclude:

rotarytable,tablesize,totaltablehighdegree,bearingtable,feedspeed,turningbacktospeedrange,fastspeedrotaryspeed,electricpower,rotarytable,dividingprecisionandmeasurementsystem,etc.ThisstudyisbasedonmechanismofshaanxiinstituteoftechnologylaboratoryofgeneralrotaryworkStage,throughtotearopenoutfit,cleartheturntablewithinthedepartmentofmechanicaltransmissionmechanism,itisamesa,pedestal,wormgear,worm,positioning

3.2controlpart

Turntablecontrolsystemdesignisalsoakeytechnicalproblems,implementationapproachare:

4Conclusion
