青岛锅炉辅机厂生产的LXL—1(原LC-1)螺旋捞渣机、GBL-0.3(原GC—0.3)刮板捞渣机、PL—1型圆盘捞渣机,无锡防腐设备厂生产的DZL型和KZL型螺旋出渣器等,这些捞渣机一般适用于单个锅炉出渣使用,对多台锅炉同时出渣,则需多台,应变能力差,且结构复杂,投资高;与多台锅炉配套的有:
青岛锅炉辅机厂生产的KL型框链捞渣机、以及用于电厂锅炉除渣的CBL-12型刮板捞渣机,渤海造船厂生产的链板式除渣机等,这些捞渣机采用的套筒滚子链、框链等价格较贵,不易安装,并且较笨重,结构较复杂;有些电站锅炉还使用传统而落后的皮带输送机除渣,其劳动强度大,环境污染严重,且常常因皮带被烧坏而出现故障。
本实用新型设计的刮板捞渣机,正是为了克服上述捞渣机之不足,使其具有设计合理,结构简单,运行可靠,安装、使用、维护方便等特点;既适用于单个锅炉又适用于多个锅炉同时出渣;且干湿式除渣均可兼容,若采用湿性除渣,
