poachedegg和boiledegg的相同点都是在水中煮，差别在于poachedegg煮的时候剥壳了，而boiledegg没剥壳，是intheshell煮的。

friedegg和scrambledegg的相同点在于他们几乎都是在oil里面做的，但不同点在于friedegg是整个鸡蛋不打散的在油里煎，而scrambledegg是把鸡蛋打散后放在油里面炒。
