1.General
2×350MWcoal-firedgeneratingunitsshallbeinstalledinT.J.AWARAWARpowerplant,whichisprovidedwith150kVdistributionequipment.FourcircuitsareledoutfromsuchequipmentandthenconnectedwiththeIndonesia150kVsystem.A3/2CBwiringmodeisusedfor150kVdistributionequipment.Twogeneratingunitsaresteppedupviaamaintransformerandthenswitchedin150kVbusbar.Theentirepowerplantisprovidedwithonestartup/backuptransformerasthestartupandbackuppowersupplyfortheunitsofthepowerplant,whichisconnectedviathebusbarof150kVdistributionequipment.
150kVdistributionequipmentisarrangedoutdoorsinamiddle-sizedform,whileCBsareduallyarrayed.Eachstringofincomingandoutgoinglinecircuitoccupies2intervals.ThemaintransformerandtheoutgoinglinesetinCircuit1formonecompletestring,andthenthestringisarrangedintwointervals;theincominglineofthestartup/standbytransformerandtheoutgoinglinesetinCircuit1formonecompletestring,andthenthestringisarrangedintwointervals;themaintransformerinCircuit1andtheurbansupplytransformeroutgoinglineaswellastransformersarearrangedintheintervalofacompletestringandoccupiestwointervals.Bothendsofthebusbarareprovidedwithabusbarearthingswitch.
Two350MWturbogeneratorunitsareswitchedin150kVdistributionequipmentinaconnectionunitformofgenerator-transformerbank.Theoutgoingendofthegeneratorandtheoutgoingbushingattheendofaneutralpointareequippedwithfourgroupsofcurrenttransformers;theoutgoingendofthegeneratorisequippedwiththreegroupsofpotentialtransformersandonegroupofsurgearresters;theneutralpointofthegeneratorisearthedviathesecondaryresistanceofasinglephaseearthingtransformer.Thegeneratorandthemaintransformerareconnectedbyusingcontinuousenclosure-typeisolatedphasebusbar.Ahighvoltagestationtransformerandanexcitationtransformerareconnectedfrombetweenthegeneratorandthelowvoltagesideofthemaintransformer.Astaticself-shuntsystemisusedfortheexcitationofthegenerator.
Twovoltagelevelsof6.3kVand400/230Vareusedinthestation-servicepowersystem.Theratedvoltageofamediumvoltageelectricmotoris6kV,andtheratedvoltageofalowvoltageelectricmotoris380V/220.2×350MWcoal-firedgeneratingunitsareinstalledinT.J.AWARAWARpowerplant.Accordingtotheloadstatisticsofelectricalequipmentinallprocesssystemsofthepowerplant,eachgeneratingunitisprovidedwithonehighvoltagestationtransformer,whichisusedtosupplypowerforelectricalequipmentfortheunitplant.Thepowersupplyatthehighvoltagesideofthehighvoltagestationtransformerareconnectedthroughabranchfromanenclosedbusbarbetweenthegeneratorofthegeneratingunitandthemaintransformer,whilethepowersupplyatthelowvoltagesideareconnectedwith6kVswitchgearofthegeneratingunitbyusingcommonenclosurebusbar.Themainbuildingisprovidedwith6kVcommonbusbarsection.Boththepowerforthecommonsystemofthepowerplantandtheproductionauxiliarysystemaresuppliedby6kVcommonsection.Thepowersupplyforthe6kVcommonsectionisconnectedviaastartup/backuptransformer,whoselowvoltagesideisconnectedwiththeswitchgearforthe6kVcommonsectionbyusingcommonenclosurebusbar.

Thepowerenergizingrangeoftheproposalisasfollowed(seethemainelectricalconnectiondiagram).Thewhole150kVswitchyardshouldbeenergizedbythemobiletransformer,andthenthepowerwouldbesentto6kVcommonsections,6kVworkingsectionsthroughthestartup/standbytransformer.Theenergizingequipmentsareasfollows:

Ifnecessary,adjustmentshouldbemadefortheenergizingproposalaccordingtothepracticalsituation.
4.Precondition
4.1Theinstallationandcommissioningofthesubstationprimaryequipmentintheenergizingrangeshouldbefinished.Theinspectionandacceptanceisqualified,andtheacceptancereportsarecomplete.
4.2Theinstallationandcommissioningofthestartup/standbytransformershouldbefinishedandtherelevanttestshouldbefinished.Alltheinspectionandacceptanceisqualified,andtheacceptancereportsarecomplete.
4.3Theinstallationandcommissioningofthe6kVsectionprimaryequipmentintheenergizingrangeshouldbefinished.Theinspectionandacceptanceisqualified,andtheacceptancereportsarecomplete.
4.4Thecharacteristictest,withstandvoltagetestandinsulationtestofalltheelectricalequipmentsshouldbequalifiedaffirmed.
4.5Therelevantprotection,control,measurementandsignalloopshavebeencommissionedandconfirmedqualified.
4.6Confirmthaton-loadtapchanger,coolingsystemandtemperaturemeasuringdeviceofrelevanttransformersareallingoodcondition,andthetapofthetransformersshouldbeattheratedposition.
4.7ThecommissionoftheCBprotectionandthetransformerprotectionshouldbefinished,andthetrippingtestshouldbeallright.Theinspectionandacceptanceisqualified,andtheoperationconditionisready.
4.8ThesettingvaluesofCBprotection,thetransformerprotectionandtheauxiliarypowerprotectionareallrightaccordingtothesettingvaluespaper.
4.9TheoperationstateofmobiletransformerCBisallright.
4.10ThecommissioningoftheNCS,DCSsystemshouldbefinished,aswellasthefunctiontest.Theoperationconditionisready.
4.11Inthe150kVswitchyard,thecommunicationdevice,firefightingdevice,illuminationdeviceshouldbecomplete,andthesafetypassagewayshouldbesmooth.
4.12Thefencingandwarningmarksinthe150kVsubstation,the6kVswitchgearroomandthetransformerareashouldbecomplete.
4.13Thefencing,ground,andilluminationoftransformersiteshouldbeallright.Andtheearthingoftransformerbodyisnoproblem.
4.14Duringtheenergizingtest,operatorsshouldbesentto150kVsubstation,the6kVswitchgearroomandthetransformersite.Monitortheoperationstationoftheequipment,andthecommunicationdeviceshouldbenoproblem.
4.15Fireproofingblockingforallthecablecabinetsshouldbefinished,andtheremustbeenoughfire-fightingequipment.
4.16Forthefirsttimeofthetransformerenergizingtest,putthefirefightingsystemintooperation.Ifthefirefightingsystemisnotready,afiretruckshouldbereadynearthetransformer.
4.17Thereshouldbeenoughfireextinguishersespeciallyforelectricaluseinthetransformerareaandtheswitchroom.
4.18Thephasesequenceofelectricalprimaryequipmentsshouldbeallright.
4.19TheDCpowersystemandUPSsystemshouldberunningnormally.
4.20Allthetestinstrumentsshouldbeready.
4.21ThesecondaryloopofCTandPTshouldbechecked.
4.22Themeteringsystemofrelevantequipmentshouldbequalified.

4.28Befor
