轴的CADCAM课程设计
一.零件分析
零件图
1.1.工艺分析
该零件是减速器中的传动轴。
它属于台阶轴类零件,由圆柱面、轴肩、螺纹、退刀槽、砂轮越程槽和键槽等组成。
轴肩一般用来确定安装在轴上零件的轴向位置,各环槽的作用是使零件装配时有一个正确的位置,并使加工中磨削外圆时退刀方便;键槽用于安装键,以传递转矩。
(1).毛坏确定
该轴长度154m,最大直径30mm,所以可选取直径35mm长度160mm的圆柱棒料作为毛坏。
材料选45号钢。
(2).基准选择
毛坯外圆作粗基准,先加工一个端面,,车出一端外圆;然后用已加工过的外圆作基准,用三爪自定心卡盘装夹,车另一端面和外圆。
1.2.工艺路线确定
下料→粗车一端端面及外圆→粗车另一端端面及外圆、精车该端外圆、倒角、车槽→精车另一端外圆、倒角、车槽→铣键槽→磨外圆→去毛刺

.创建基准面1,绘制键槽草图
(5).通过拉伸切除,可得键槽
(6).同理,可得第二个键槽

3.1.2.铣床加工
首先将未铣键槽的轴选为工件材料,然后绘制键槽草图,接着刀具路径中选择铣键槽,通过设置相关参数,完成键槽加工。
