Myexperiencewithricepuddingillustratestheuniquepowerof"comfortfood".Initsbroadestsense,comfortfoodreferstoanyfoodthatmakesusfeelbetter.Inthisarticle,wewilltalkaboutaparticulartypeofcomfortfoodwhosepowermainlyliesintheassociationsitcallstomind.Itoftenmakesupforbadfeelingsbyhelpingusrecallhappymemoriesofthepeople,thingsorplaceswelove.
