LM150X08isaColorActiveMatrixLiquidCrystalDisplaywithanintegralColdCathodeFluorescent

Lamp(CCFL)backlightsystem.Thematrixemploysa-SiThinFilmTransistorastheactiveelement.

Itisatransmissivetypedisplayoperatinginthenormallywhitemode.Ithasa15.0inchdiagonallymeasuredactivedisplayareawithXGAresolution(768verticalby1024horizontalpixelarray).

EachpixelisdividedintoRed,GreenandBluesub-pixelsordotswhicharearrangedinverticalstripes.Grayscaleorthebrightnessofthesub-pixelcolorisdeterminedwitha8-bitgrayscalesignalforeachdot,thus,presentingapaletteofmorethan16Mcolors.

Ithasbeendesignedtoapplythe8-bit1portLVDSinterface.

Itisintendedtosupportapplicationswherehighbrightness,superwideviewingangle,highcolorsaturation,andhighcolorareimportant.

TheperformanceoftheLampinLCM,forexamplelifetimeorbrightness,isextremelyinfluencedbythecharacteristicsoftheDC-ACinverter.Soalltheparametersofaninvertershouldbecarefullydesignedsoasnottoproducetoomuchleakagecurrentfromhigh-voltageoutputoftheinverter.

Whenyoudesignorordertheinverter,pleasemakesureunwantedlightingcausedbythemismatch

ofthelampandtheinverter(nolighting,flicker,etc)neveroccurs.Whenyouconfirmit,theLCD–Assemblyshouldbeoperatedinthesameconditionasinstalledinyouinstrument.

Ifthelampwireattachtoaconductingtape,TFT-LCDModulehasalowluminanceandtheinverterhasabnormalaction.Becauseleakagecurrentisoccurredbetweenlampwireandconductingtape.

1.Specifiedvaluesareforasinglelamp.

2.Operatingvoltageismeasuredat25±2°C.Thevarianceofthevoltageis±10%.
