Therelationshipoftechnologyisstableandtheproductconsumptioncoefficientofeachdepartmentisunvaried.Therelationshipofeconomyisstable.Thesupplyanddemandaremaintainedinastateofbalanceforbothaggregatesocialproductsanditsinternalstructure.Inthiscase,thepricesofalltallywiththeirvaluescompletely.Therefore,withintheprocessofsimpleandsustainedreproductionofsociety,bothtechnologyandeconomyrelationshiparestable,meanwhilethepricesareunvariedandinflationwouldnottakeplace.Thesocietyhowever,alwaysmarchesforward,inthefieldofproductionthesocialproductionwouldnotstayatsimplereproductionstagebutdeveloponanexpandedscale.Intheunifiedprocessofproduction,distribution,exchangeandconsumption,theextensionoftheproductionscaleequalstotheincreaseofdemand,otherwisetheexpandedreproductionwouldnotcometrue.Thepurposeofproductionisthatthesocietyaggregatedemandforfinalgoodsincreaseandtobesatisfiedconstantlyinmeansandculture.Infactintheprocessofsocietydevelopment,thecategoriesandquantitiesofsubsistencemeansforpeoplearerestrictedbytheeconomicandculturaldevelopmentlevelundercertainhistoricalcondition.Itisalsorestrictedbythenationalcustomsandhabits.Alongwiththedevelopmentofsocialandeconomicculture,thecategoriesandquantitiesofsubsistencemeansforpeoplewouldincrease.Anditsqualityandcompositionarealsotochange.Thus,theprocessofsocietyexpandedreproductionisthejusttheprocessthatthedemandincreaseandtobesatisfiedconstantly.Baseonthereasonswementionedabove,expandedreproductiondoesnotequaltosupplementtheinvestmenttoeachdepartmentsimply,butsupplementmorecapitalandlaborstothedepartmentswhichneedmorein-processgoodsfromotherdepartmentsandsupplementlesstothedepartmentswhichneedlessin-processgoodsfromotherdepartments.Whenanewproductappears,weshouldalsoputmoneyonthisdepartment,Inthisway,thesupplyanddemandcompositionischangedstructurally,thesupplyanddemandbalancebasedonthesimplereproductionisdestroyed.Thesocietyaggregatedemandforfinalgoodsalwaysequalsitssupplyforfinalgoodswithintheperiodofonereproductionbecausethepurposeofproductionisthatthesocietyaggregatedemandforfinalgoodsincreaseandtobesatisfied.Anyproductcannotbeconsumedbeforeithasnotbeenproduced.Atthebeginningofexpandedreproductionofsociety,thereisneitherenlargedsupplynorenlargeddemandforfinalgoodsintheeconomicsystem,thereisonlyenlargeddemandforin-processgoodsintheeconomicsystem.Supposethatthesocietyaggregatedemandforfinalgoodsincreasedby　them,200productAisincreasedand50productBisdecreasedandthereisnodemandchangingforproductC.Inthiscase,thegovernmentexpandedthereproductionscaleindepartmentAintheprocessofadjustingandcontrollingthesocietyproduction.Wealsosupposethatonlytheextensiveexpandedreproduction（extensivewayofeconomicgrowth）existsinthesystem,whichmeansthattheproductivityandthecapitalorganicstructureofeachdepartmentare　technologicalconnectionamongdepartmentswegettheresultthat　productA,productBand　productCshouldbeusedupwhenweproduce200finalgoodsA.Correspondingly,　productA,20productBand30productCshouldnotbeusedbecauseof50finalgoodsBbenotneeded.Nowthesupplyanddemandandthepricesituationarelikethis:
