Severalmattersshouldbenotedintechnologymanagement
ofconstructionworks
Constructiontechnologyoccupiesanimportantpositionintheproductionandmanagementofbuildingconstructionenterprise,anddeterminesthelevelofcorporateeconomicprofitsandlossesandthecostoftheproject.Therefore,constructiontechnologymanagementshouldbepaidanequalattentionwithfundmanagementandcontractmanagementandotheraspectsinprojectmanagement,mutualcooperationandcoordination,andultimately,achievethegoalofoptimizingprojectmanagementprocess.
1.Severaltechnologyproblemsshouldbenotedinconstructiontechnologymanagement
1.1Theconstructionskillsoflatepouredband
Theconcretepouringqualityonbothsidesofthelatepouredbandmustbeensured,sothattopreventleakageofslurryorconcreteloose.Bothsidesofthelatepouredbandshouldbereinforcedbysteelmeshbracket,andthestructuraldesignershoulddeterminetheformofbothsidesofthesection.TheContractorshouldappointsomeoneresponsibleforkeepingthelatepouredbandclean,preventingcorrosionorbeingbuckledofthereinforcementinthelatepouredband.Thedebrisinthebandandthesteelrustmustbecleanedupbeforepouringtheconcreteofthelatepouredband.Theconcretestrengthofthelatepouredbandshouldbeonelevelhigherthanbothsidesoftheband.Afterthelatepouredbandconcretepouringworkiscompleted,theconcretecuringworkshouldbepayattention.
1.2Brickwallmasonry
Theformofmasonry:
oneparallelonevertical,threeparallelonevertical,allparallel,allverticalect.Thebrickmasonryasawholethroughvariousformsofcombinationofbricksandmortarshouldfollowthefollowingthreeprincipleswhentakemasonry:
(1)Bricksmustbeinterlacedjointinmasonry.Masonryismadeupbybricksandmortarasadhesivematerials.Inordertoenablethemtoworktogether,bricksmustbeinterlacedwhenmasonry.
(2)Thethicknessofthelevelmortarjointmustbecontrolled.Inaccordancewiththespecifications,thethicknessofthemortarjointgenerallyis10mm,andnomorethan12mm,nolessthan8mm.
(3)Thejointbetweenthewallsmustbefirm.Intheory:
thejointwallshouldbeenbuiltsynchronoustoensurethatthewallissecurelyconnected,andthejointshouldconformwiththespecificationstrictly.
1.3Constructionofstructuralcolumnsandringbeam
(1)Constructioncolumn,firstfixreinforcement,cleanupandwashawaythegroundmortarandotherdebrisatthepillarroots,andtheninstalltheformworkonbothsidesofthestructuralcolumntobefirmlyusesupportmethod.
(2)Checkreinforcementandwriterecordsofconcealedwork.
Themaincontentistocheckthereinforcementdiameter,hoopingdiameterandspacing,thesectionsizeoftheringbeam,andthelaplengthofthereinforcement,theprotectivelayerpad.
(3)Concretepouring.Controltheconcreteslumptopreventleakageoftheslurry;Inaddition,componentsaresmall,thevibrationshouldbeappropriate.
(4)On-sitecuring.Concretecuringshouldindifferenttimeaccordingtodifferentkindsofcementandclimaticconditions.
(5)Formworkremoval.Asthestructuralcolumnsandringbeamisinthemasonry,thesideformworkcanberemoved2~3daysafterconcretepouring.
2.Severalmanagementproblemsshouldbenotedinconstructiontechnologymanagement
2.1Technologyfilesforcompletionandbuiltdrawingspreparation.
Theitemsoftechnologyfilesofconstructionworksshouldbecompleted,thenumberoftestsshouldmeettherequirements,thedatashouldbeaccurate,contentshouldbefilledoutcompleted,writtenclearly,bindingproceduresreasonable,neat.Builtdrawingsarethebasisforthetestsoncompletion,Employer’stakingover,maintenance,alteration,andexpansionoftheWorks,thepreparationshouldbetimely,accurate,systematic,scientificandcomplete.
1)Timelymeansthecertificationofmaterialsandtheconcrete,mortarmixproportion,technologyprogrammesect,shouldbeprovidedbeforeconstruction,theconstructionrecordsarerecordedinthespecifiedtimeduringtheconstructionprocess,theSampleretention,covertacceptanceandrecording,qualitytestsshouldbecompletedintime,thedatacannotbemadeupafterwards.
(2)Accuracyisreflecttheobjectivesituationoftheprojectaccurately,thetechnologydata,performanceofstandardsanddesignchangesmustbeaccurate,notfabricated.
(3)Systemmeansthepreparationworksshouldbecontinuously,thestaffofthepreparationworksshouldnotbereplaced,thecontentsandtimeofthedatashouldbecoherentmutually.
(4)Scientificmeansdoingeverythingaccordingtotheobjectivelaws,fromthereality,thepreparationofthedatashouldbeplannedinadvance,thecontentsshouldbeconcise,butalsoreflectthewholepictureofthequalityoftheproject,cannotbefabricatedandgatherchaosmaterialtogether.
(5)Completemeansallkindsofdataiscomplete,clearwriting,bindingprocedureisreasonable,signedcompletelybytheresponsiblepersonsofeachparties,especiallythebuiltdrawings,thechangesinvolvedintheconstructionplansmustbemarkedintheblueprintstrulyandcompletely.
2.2.Implementthetechnologymanagementsystemconscientiously
Carryoutallthetechnologymanagementsystemisthecoretodoagoodjobintechnologymanagement,andtheassuranceoforganizethetechnologyworksscientifically.
(1)Drawingreviewingsystem.TheOwner,theDesigner,theEngineerandtheContractorexaminetheconstructiondrawingstogether,recordthevariousproblemsintothedrawingsreviewingminutes,asthebasisoftheconstructionandfinalsettlement.
(2)preparationofconstructionorganizationaldesignandgenerallayoutoftheconstructionsite.
(3)Thetechnologydisclosuresystem,
Inaccordancewiththeengineeringcharacteristics,technologymeasuresconstructionmethods,qualitystandards,processesoverlap,securitymeasuresect,explaintotherelevantstaffsub-categories,sothattheyareabletomasterandimplementoftheconstructionplansintheconstructionprocess.
(4)Constructionqualitymanagementsystem,materialsandsemi-finishedproductstestingsystem.
(5)Theprojectqualityinspectionandevaluationsystem,engineeringstructuralinspection,acceptancecheckandthecompletiontestsystem.
2.3Strengthentheengineeringtechnologydatamanagement
Worksdatamanagementisalsopartoftheconstructiontechnologymanagement,itbelongstotheareasofscienceandtechnologyfileswithacertainconservationvalue,isanintegralpartofallenterprisefiles.Technologyfilesgothroughthereview,construction,completion,andforseveralmonthsorevenyears,tothisend,wemustadopteffectivemanagementmethodsincludepromotetheimportanceofdata,strengtheninspection,supervisionandguidancetoimprovetechnologydatamanagementlevel.Inspectionandsupervisionshouldtogetherwithguidanceandtakemeasurestoprizegoodandpunishbad,onlytheverificationbythetechnologydepartmentsiscompleteoralmostfull,thattheproductiondepartmentgivetheproceduresforthecompletionandacceptance,soastoensuretheengineeringtechnologydatacompleteness,accuracyandtimeliness,andthedatacollectedworksachievestandardization.
2.4Selecttechnologymanagementtalent,promoteenterprisetechnologicalinnovation
First,strengthentechnologytalentmanagement,aboveall,appointthequalifiedprofessionaltechnologypersoninchargethework,improveandperfectthemanagementsystem,cleartheresponsibilitiesandrights.Atthesametime,strengthencontinuingeducationofprofessionalethics,modernmanagementtechniquesandthepoliticalideologicallevel,toenhanceandimprovethequalityofprofessionalandtechnology,toadaptanewtechnologydevelopment.
Second,theessenceofthetechnologicalinnovationistheapplicationofinnovativeknowledgeandnewtechnologies,newtechniques,newequipment,newmodesofproductionandmanagement,toimprovethetechnologicalcontent,value-addedandmarketcompetitivenessofproducts,occupythemarketandachievethemarketvalue.Constructionprojectscanbesuccessfullyimplementedonlyinstrongsupportofinnovativetechnologies,andenterprisescouldremaininvincibleonlymasteredthecoretechnologytooccupythemarket.
Third,learningadvancedmanagementmethodsandmanagementexperience,organizetechnologylearning,technologytraining,technologyexchange,andcontinuouslyimprovetheenterprisemanagementlevelandstaffprofessionalquality,soastodiscoveranddealwiththeproblembeforehand,nippedthepotentialtechnologyandqualityaccidentsinthebud,andensuretheconstructionquality.
Inshort,constructiontechnologymanagementrunsthroughthewholeprocessoftheprojectimplementation.Fromthecontentpointofview,technologymanagementwithotheraspectsoftheprojectmanagementaremutualconvergenceandcomplementary,andservethesmoothimplementationoftheprojectmanagement,isoneoftheimportantmeanstoachievetheprojectmanagementgoal.
