装修工程施工方案

洁净室装饰装修施工方案

一、工程概况ScopeDescription

本系统为动物房室内装饰装修部分，主要包括可上人吊顶安装、洁净隔墙隔墙安装、门窗安装以及其他零星工程。

ThissystemisthedecoratingandrefurbishingpartofindoorAFbuildings.Theprojectsmainlyinclude:

Walk-onceilingfixing、cleanwallfixing、door、windowandotherprojects.

二、施工方案MethodStatement

1.二次吊挂系统Secondhangersystem

1.1施工准备Constructionpreparation

施工准备材料及主要机具materialsandmajorequipment:

二次吊元系统的材料：

定长9.6m60*80*2.5C型钢、40*40*3.2镀锌垫片（上吊点垫片）、60（长）*53（宽）*4.5镀锌垫片（下吊点垫片），69.5（宽）*60（长）*4.5（厚）镀锌C型卡箍（下吊点卡箍），69.5（宽）*150（长）*4.5（厚）镀锌C型卡箍（C型钢接头卡箍），与60×80C型梁配套的弹簧螺母（C型钢接头用），100*50*4方形调节器，M12全牙螺杆.

主要机具：

升降平台、墨斗（或粉线包）、小线、激光红外仪、笤帚、钢尺、红铅笔、油刷、榔头、螺丝扳手、冲击钻、焊机、套筒扳手。

Majorequipment:

liftplatform,fountain（orpinklinepackage）,asmallwire,laserinfraredinstrument,broom,ruler,redpencil,oilbrush,hammer,wrench,impactdrill,weldingmachine,wrench.

1.2工艺流程Process:

放线支吊架加工吊杆安装C型钢安装

Ø放线：

内装专业应严格按照二次深化设计的吊杆布局图纸进行定位放线；

Settingout:

Interiorprofessionalshouldbestrictlyinaccordancewiththedetaileddesignofthesecondaryboomlayoutdrawingstoposition.

Ø支吊架加工：

C型钢顶面标高为-3.200m,依据设计图纸制作吊杆；supportsandhangersprocessing:

C-shapedsteeltopelevationis-3.200m,fabricatetheboomaccordingtothedesigndrawing；

Ø吊杆安装：

本工程的吊杆应避开梁底位置，使用M12模扩底敲击式锚栓，有效锚固深度40mm；吊杆采用M12全牙螺杆。

Boominstallation:

Theboomofthisprojectshouldavoidthebttomofthebeam,usetheM12modeltheM12Zykonhammersetanchor,theeffectiveanchoragedepthis40mm;boomusethreadedrod；

ØC型钢安装：

待主风管安装完毕之后，内装专业开始挂C型钢。

C型钢安装过程中，切口必须做防腐处理，安装完两头必须装堵头。

CsteelInstallation:

afterthemainductisinstalled,theinteriorfinishdisciplinestarteshangingCsteel.IntheprocessofCsteelinstallation,thecuttingmustbedonethecorrisiontreatment,aftertheinstallationiscompleted,plugmustbeinstalledatbothends.

2.吊顶工程Ceilingworks

2.1施工准备Constructionpreparation:

Ø熟悉设计图纸，明确技术要求；

Befamiliarwiththedesigndrawings,clearthetechnicalrequirements

Ø施工机具准备：

活动脚手架、人字梯、云石机、铝材切割机、临时用电配电箱、接线板、电焊机、曲线锯、吸尘器、手电钻、电锤、铆枪、卷尺、墨斗、画针、铁锤、吸盘、胶枪等。

Ø施工材料准备：

55mm厚双抗双面玻镁岩棉夹芯彩钢板顶板ConstructionMaterialpreparation:

2.2operatingconditions:

作业条件：

Ø二次吊挂系统安装结束；

ØSecondaryhangingsysteminstallationiscomplete;

Ø施工用电电压正常；照明光线良好

Constructionpowervoltageisnormal;lightingisgood;

Ø吊顶内主风管、主水管、主桥架等安装结束;

Theinstallationofthemainduct,waterpipeandcabletrayintheceilingiscompleted.

2.3施工流程：

Ø测量尺寸：

将实际尺寸测量记录下来,现场与图纸的误差反映到图纸上，并根据实际误差调整施工方案；

Measurements:

Theactualsizemeasurementsarerecorded,theerrorsofsieanddrawingsarereflectedonthedrawing,themethodstatementisadjustedbasedontheactualerrors

Ø放线定位：

根据吊顶排板图进行放线定位；

Ø龙骨安装：

根据吊顶排板图，安装吊顶板龙骨，龙骨型号：

LX2229；Keelinstallation:

LX2229;

Ø安装顶板：

每一块顶板严格按照二次设计排版图的编号进行安装，尤其是有风口、灯具孔预留洞的吊顶板。

顶板安装需及时加固，长短短边采用M6*25@400mm六角法兰自攻自钻螺丝加固，顶板四角采用M6*45的六角法兰自攻自钻螺丝固定；

Ø板缝打密封胶;

Ø彩钢板撕膜，打扫卫生。

2.4吊顶施工注意事项Constructionnoticeontheceiling

Ø吊顶临边维护Peripheralenclosureoftheceiling

Ø吊顶灯具、风口等预留洞须及时使用足够强度的木板封闭，并采取限位防移动措施；

Thereservedopeningsfortheceilingfixturesanddiffusersshallbepromptlysealedbywoodenplatewithenoughstrength,andthelimitanti-mobilemeasuresshouldbetaken.

Ø吊顶板保护CeilingProtection

Ø上吊顶施工作业需提出申请，由我方专业主管及安全主管审批才能进行作业；

Constructiononceilingneedtoapplybyourprofessionalmanagerandsecuritysupervisorapprovalforwork;

Ø吊顶安全承载能力150Kg/M2（附检测报告）,严禁施工人员扎堆施工，保证一块板上站立不超过2人；严禁材料集中堆放，需保证在150kg/m2范围之内；

Thesafecarryingcapacityoftheceilingis150Kg/M2（attachedtestreport）,itisprohibitedthattheconstructionworkersgettogethertowork,toensurethatthereisnotmorethantwopeopletostandontheboard;itisprohibitedthatthematerialsareconcentratedstacked,itisneededtobeinthescopeofthe150kg/m2;

Ø凡是所携带的施工工具必须放在工具包内，严禁随手携带丢扔工具；

Allthecarriedconstructiontoolsmustbeplacedinthetoolkit,itisstrictlyprohibitedtothrowthetoolsaway;

Ø施工区域需要动火作业的必须在下方铺设有效面积的防火布；

Constructionareaneedsthehotwork,thefireproofclothoftheeffectiveareamustbelaid;

Ø严禁在吊顶板上嬉戏打闹；严禁在顶板上大小便;

Itisprohibitedtoplayortoiletontheceilingroof;

Ø严禁在顶板上搭设脚手架施工；

Itisprohibitedtoerectthescaffoldingontheceilingforconstruction;

Ø在吊顶上施工必须做到有意识保护成品，如有损坏及时报告，做出维修，不能隐瞒，一经查出将严厉处罚；

Beawareofprotectingthefinishedproducts,whenworkingontheceiling,promptlyreportanydamageandmakerepairs,cannothide,onceidentified,theseverepunishmentwillbedone;

Ø在顶板上施工的垃圾必须及时清理,做到每日的垃圾每日清理;

Thegarbageontheceilingmustbepromptlycleanedup,thedailygarbageiscleanedeveryday;

Ø吊顶上有刷油漆或保温作业时,严禁将油漆及保温胶水洒落在顶板上,须在施工区域铺设彩条布保护。

3.隔墙工程PartitionConstruction

1.施工准备ConstructionPreparation

Ø材料准备：

50mm厚岩棉夹芯板、100系列MAX隔墙、天地轨等；Materialpreparation:

50mmthickrockwoolsandwichplate,100SeriesMAXpartiotions,earthorbit,etc;

Ø主要工具准备：

活动脚手架、人字梯、冲击钻、铆钉枪、手电钻、水平尺、激光水平仪、型材切割机、磨光机等.

movablescaffolding,Ladders,impactdrill,rivetguns,handdrill,spiritlevel,laserlevel,profilecuttingmachine,grinder,etc.

2.作业条件operatingcondition

Ø隔墙排版图设计、审批完成；

ØPartitionlayoutdiagramdesignapprovaliscompleted;

Ø土建墙施工结束；顶板安装完成。

Civilwallconstructioniscompleted;

Topplateinstallationiscompleted.

3.施工工艺ConstructionProcess

Ø地面清洁处理：

地表不得有过于明显的凹凸不平，可用铁锤或铁铲对地表面的水泥块，等杂物进行清理。

Groundcleaningtreatment:

surfacemaynothavetooobviousirregularities,cancleanupthecementblocks,andotherdebrisofonthegroundsurfacewithahammerorashovel.

Ø放线定位：

用墨线在地表划出隔间墙的中心线或边线位置，并对门窗进行定位。

Seting-outandpositioning:

Useinklinetodrawcenterlineoredgelineofpartitiononthesurface,andcarryoutthedoorandwindowpositioning.

Ø天地轨安装：

隔墙踢脚高度为100mm，在安装地轨的时候，需要使用激光水平仪对地轨高度进行定位，确保踢脚高度，地轨采用铆钉M5*30与地面固定，天轨采用M4*20自攻自钻螺丝与顶板连接。

Ø墙板安装：

根据墙板排版图对墙板进行按序安装，尤其注意有管线预埋的墙板安装；

WallpanelInstallation:

carryoutthesequentialinstallationofthewallpanelaccordingtothewallpanellayoutdiagram,inparticular,playattentiontowallpanelinstallationwiththeembeddedpipeline;

Ø圆弧角、护墙板安装：

洁净室内阴角安装内圆，护墙板安装根据护墙板平面图布置；

Arcangle,wainscotinginstallation:

thenon-exposuredcornerinstalltheinnercircleinthecleanroom,wainscotinginstallationisaccordingtowainscotingplanlayout;

Ø清洁打胶：

对洁净室进行清洁，对板缝进行打胶。

Cleaningandgluing:

4.门窗工程Doorandwindow

1）门窗安装说明

Ø本项目门窗安装主要为洁净室隔墙上的洁净密闭门、净化密闭观察窗以及防火门安装。

Ø洁净门窗要求满足洁净室“密闭、净化、安全可靠”等技术性能。
