Summary

Drill(flushing,dig)pilefromthenineteensixties,beginninginHenanprovinceNanyangregionsincethedevelopmentapplication,becauseofitsmanyadvantages,hasbeenwidelyusedinsoftsoil,loess,includingsoil,expansivesoilandotherspecialtypesoffoundationandindustrial,civil,municipal,railway,highway,portandothertypesofEngineeringpractice.Andprecastpile,boredpileconstructionofnonoise,novibration,onthesurroundingbuildingsandsmallenvironmentalimpact,pilediameter,burieddeep,largebearingcapacity.China'sdrillingpilemaximumdiameterofpilehasreached4000mm,maximumdeeppilehasreached104m,andthesteelpipepilemaximumdiameterof1200mm,thelargestpileofprestressedconcretepipepilewithdeep83m,maximumdiameterof1300mm,thebiggestpiledepth40m.

Alongwithourcountrysocialistconstructionisbooming,withhigh-risebuildings,largespanbridgesontherise,thebearingcapacityofpilefoundationwithhigherrequirements.Largediameterboredpilethereforegetsrapiddevelopment,pilelengthandpilediameteralsodobiggermore.However,intheexistingvariousmethodsofpile,boredpilehasmanyadvantagesandiswidelyusedinconstruction,butitishardtoavoidtheimpactofmud,whichnotonlyreducesthebearingcapacityofpileexpectations,butalsocausedaseriouswasteofmaterials.Manualholediggingpileisdifficulttoachievegreaterdepth,itsbearingcapacityisalsodifficulttojustasonewishes.Inviewofboredpileinthissituation,howtoimprovethepileconstructiontechnologylevel,maketheinputmaterialtobemorereasonabletouse,soastogreatlyincreasethebearingcapacityofsinglepileinengineeringfield,havebecomehotissuesinrecentyears.

Theintroductionofboredcast-in-placepile

Perfusionpilereferstotheconstructionsitebymechanicaldrilling,steelpipesoilcompactionorhumanminingmethodinthefoundationpileholeinform,andonitsinnerplacedreinforcementcage,concretemadewithdifferentpile,drillingmethod,groutingpilecanbedividedagainforcast-in-placepile,boredpileanddiggingseveraltypesofpiles.Boredpilebypileintothedefinitionandclassificationofakindofpile.

Boredpileconstructionmethod

Percussiondrilling,punchinggrabbingdrillingandrotarydrillingholecanadoptslurrywallconstructionmethod.Theconstructionprocessis:

siteformation,slurrypreparation,buriedtubeandlayingworkplatformrigandpositioning,drilling,holecleaningandinspectionofholequalityandlowersteelcage,underwaterconcreteperfusiontopulloutthebarreltocheckquality.Constructionsequence:

(1)theconstructionpreparation

Constructionpreparationcomprise:

selectingdrill,drill,layout.Constructionofboredpiledrillingrigisthemainequipment,accordingtothegeologicalconditionsandvariousdrillingmachineappliedtoselectconditions

(2)drillingmachineinstallationandpositioning

Istallationofdrillingmachinebasedifnotstable,easytoproduceinthedrillingmachineconstruction,pileandpileinclinedinclinedeccentricandotheradverseeffects,thereforerequirestheinstallationoffoundationstability.Ontheformationofsofter,slopingground,bebulldozed,thepadplateortiereinforcement.

Inordertopreventthepilepositionallowed,constructionisveryimportanttothesetthecenterpositionandthecorrectinstallationofdrillingmachine,therigdrillingmachine,firstuseofthepowerdrillandnearthecagewiththedrillpipe,movingroughlyposition,andthenJackrackjacking,accuratepositioning,sothattheliftingpulley,drillbitorfixeddrillholecardsandcasingcenterinaverticalline,inordertoensuretheverticalityofthedrillingrig.Drillingpositiondeviationisnotmorethan2cm.Alignedwiththepilelocation,withsleeperflatdrillbeamatthetopofthetower,andsymmetricaltothedrillaxispullingcablewindrope.

Theboreholeisakeyworkingprocedure,inconstructionmuststrictlyaccordingtotheoperatingrequirements,inordertoensuredrillingquality,attentionmustbegiventotheholequality,mustbeoppositeforthisgoodmidlineandverticality,andpressedwellcasing.Mustpayattentionintheconstructionarecontinuouslyaddedandpumpingtheslurryslag(impacttype),butalsoatanytimetocheckwhetherthereisdeviationphenomenonintohole.Usingtheimpulseorclamshelltypedrillingmachineconstruction,soilduetovibrationandimpactneartheadjacentholestability.Sothedrilledholeshouldbetimelycleaninghole,decentralizationandpouringunderwaterconcretereinforcingcage.Drillordershouldalsobepracticaltoplan,shouldnotonlyguaranteeapileholeconstructiondoesnotaffectthelastpileholedrill,andthemovingdistanceofnottoofarandmutualinterference.

(6)theholecleaning

Thedrillingdepth,diameter,locationandshapeofholeisdirectlyrelatedtothequalityofpileandpilebodyblack.Therefore,inadditiontodrillingprocesscloseobservationsupervision,tomeetthedesignrequirementsindrillingholedepth,withdeep,hole,poreshape,poresizeandotherinspections.Intheendholeinspectioninfullcompliancewiththedesignrequirements,shallimmediatelyproceedtobottomholecleaning,avoidittoolongthatmudsettling,causedbyboreholecollapse.Forfrictionpilewhentheholewalliseasytocollapse,inunderwaterconcreteperfusionbeforethesedimentthicknessofnotmorethan30cm;whentheholewallisnoteasytocollapse,notmorethan20cm.Forthepost,inwaterorshootthebreeze,sedimentthicknesslessthan5cm.Holecleaningmethodistousedifferentandflexibleapplicationofdrillingrig.Usuallyyoucanusenormalcirculationrotarydrillingrig,reversecirculationrotarymachinevacuumsuctionmachineandslagpumpingcylinderholecleaning.Themudsuctionmachineholecleaning,requiredequipment,convenientoperation,holecleaningisthorough,butunstableinthesoilshouldbeusedcautiously.Itsprincipleistousecompressorgenerateshighpressureairintoasuctiondredgepipelinewillmudblowing.  

(7)pouringunderwaterconcrete

Afterfinishinghole,canbeprefabricatedreinforcementcagehangingverticallyintothehole,positioningtobefixed,andthenusingaperfusioncatheterconcrete,pouringconcretedon'tinterrupt,orpronetothephenomenonofbrokenpile.

Effectofboredpilebearingperformancefactors

Intheconstructionprocess,constructionmachinery,duetogeologicaleffects,oftencausedbypilesoil(weaklayers),thethicknessof0.2~0.5m,thickandupto1m.Especiallyinsoftsoilwithmud,drilling,holebottomsedimentisinevitable;evenaftercarefulcleaninghole,theholecleaningafterandbeforeconcrete,willprecipitatesomesediment,andindrillingprocess,widespreadpresenceontheholewallandtheholebottomsoildisturbance.Alloftheseaffectthebearingcapacityofboredpileplay.

Pilestaticloadtestshowthat,boredpileendbearingcapacityofonlytheultimateloadofthe15%~35%,thesideresistanceandtipresistanceoftheexistingsynchronizationphenomenon.Givefullplaytotheroleoflateralfrictionresistanceisonlyafewmillimetersofthedisplacementofpiletop,togivefullplaytotheroleoftipresistanceofpilediameter,neededtoreach10%-30%ofthedisplacementofpiletop.Suchalargedisplacementinengineeringisnotallowed.Pilesidefrictionresistancetodamage,andthedamagelimitisreached,andtheendresistancecannotgetsufficientplay,itspotentialisgreat.Thisistheultimatebearingcapacityofboredpileisnottocause.

Researchshowsthat,atthebottomofpilesoilexists,notonlyaffectsthetipresistanceoftheplay,alsomakethesidefrictionresistanceloss.Theexistenceofweakinterlayerofpile,thepilebodyandthesoilfrictionbetweenthenatureofthechange,thefrictionbetweenpileandsoilbyloadtransfer,isverybad.Thisistheboredpilebearingnottallbenefitisanotherreason.
