摘要
在我国,在应试教育阶段里,有这样的顺口溜,考考考,老师的法宝;分分分学生的命根。
分决定着很多学生的未来,应试教育仍占据着很重要的地位。
尽管,在国家“减负”的口号下,学校减少印刷学生的学习资料,课堂变得简单,但考试的形式依旧没有改变。
这样课外辅导渐成新的教育投资热点,同时也是市场经济的必然选择。
所以,只要应试教育存在,课外辅导机构就会存在,其发展前景则无限,顺应市场发展的需求,本文决定详细策划如何成功办理一家英语培训机构。

Abstract
InChina,examinationisanimportanttooltoevaluatestudents’academicperformanceandgradesareofimportancetothemforgradesmaydecidetheirlearningenvironmentinthenextfewyears,butexam-orientededucationisstillamajorformofeducationinChina.Toreducestudents’studyload,manyschoolshavedecreasedthenumberofprintingcoursematerialsforstudentsandpartofcoursecontentshasbeenimproved.However,testalsoholdsitsstablepositioninChinesetraditionaleducationsystem.Inordertogethighgradesinexams,studentshavenochoicebuttotakeextra-curricularclasseswhichcansatisfyboththeneedsofstudentsandtheirparents,andgraduallytheextra-curricularclassesbecomepopularamongstudentsandincreasetheirparents’investmentineducation,whichisaninevitabletrendintoday’smarketeconomy.Therefore,extra-curricularclassesmaydevelopintandemwiththeexam-orientededucation.Accordingtothepresenteducationalsituation,theseclasseswillhaveagoodprospective.ThisthesisdeterminetoshowthathowtosuccessfullyhandledanEnglishtrainingclass.
