论文投稿时一般要求附带一篇“CoverLetter”,好的“CoverLetter”不仅可以使文章锦上添花,更有可能直接决定论文是否被录用。

本人切身体会,以已发表论文为例,现将其写法经验归纳如下:

论文亮点一定要简洁明了,一定要有创新,突出你的文章与其它已发表论文的区别。

这是CoverLetter的主要内容。

1、什么是coverletter?

指的是SCI论文投稿信

2、coverletter的内容主要包括那些?

应该简述所投稿件的核心内容、主要发现和意义,拟投期刊,对稿件处理有无特殊要求等(如“nottoreview”list)。

另外,请附上主要作者的中文姓名、通讯地址、电话、传真和e-mail地址。

此外有的杂志要求推荐几位审稿人及其联系方式。

以及谁已经阅读过该文(当然是牛人)。

SCI论文发表投稿信写作相关知识,请咨询“辑文编译”。

我投的那个杂志是要求说明你论文研究的意义,以及与这个杂志的相关性,另外还有的可能要写明你没有一搞多投等。

此外临床实验要求写明符合伦理学要求。

各个杂志的具体要求是不一样的,在杂志的guideforauthors一般会有要求。

GDNFhaslongbeenthoughttobeapotentneurotrophicfactorforthesurvivalofmidbraindopaminergicneurons,whicharedegeneratedinParkinson’sdisease.Inthispaper,wereportanunexpected,acuteeffectofGDNFonA-typepotassiumchannels,leadingtoapotentiationofneuronalexcitability,inthedopaminergicneuronsincultureaswellasinadultbrainslices.Further,weshowthatGDNFregulatestheK+channelsthroughamechanismthatinvolvesactivationofMAPkinase.Thus,thisstudyhasrevealed,forthefirsttime,anacutemodulationofionchannelsbyGDNF.OurfindingschallengetheclassicviewofGDNFasalong-termsurvivalfactorformidbraindopaminergicneurons,andsuggestthatthenormalfunctionofGDNFistoregulateneuronalexcitability,andconsequentlydopaminerelease.TheseresultsmayalsohaveimplicationsinthetreatmentofParkinson’sdisease.

WebelievethattwoaspectsofthismanuscriptwillmakeitinterestingtogeneralreadersofNeuron.First,wereportthatGDNFhasalong-termregulatoryeffectonneurotransmitterreleaseattheneuromuscularsynapses.Thisprovidesthefirstphysiologicalevidenceforaroleofthisnewfamilyofneurotrophicfactorsinfunctionalsynaptictransmission.Second,weshowthattheGDNFeffectismediatedbyenhancingtheexpressionoftheCa2+-bindingproteinfrequenin.Further,GDNFandfrequeninfacilitatesynaptictransmissionbyenhancingCa2+channelactivity,leadingtoanenhancementofCa2+influx.Thus,thisstudyhasidentified,forthefirsttime,amoleculartargetthatmediatesthelong-term,synapticactionofaneurotrophicfactor.Ourfindingsmayalsohavegeneralimplicationsinthecellbiologyofneurotransmitterrelease.
