Addanotherlayerandfillitwithagradientusingdarkyellow,redandblueforthecolors.Use30º

fortheangle.AfterthatchangetheBlendModetoOverlay.

AddanewlayerandgotoFilter>

Render>

Clouds.Makesureyouhaveblackandwhiteforthebackgroundandforegroundcolors.AfterthatgotoFilter>

Blur>

GaussianBlur.Use70to100fortheAmount,thenchangetheBlendModetoColorDodge.

Nowlet'

TocreatethebrushjustselectthehexagonbyholdingCommand（mac）/Control（pc）andclickingonthethumbofthelayer,thengotoEdit>

DefineBrush.Nameyourbrushandgetbacktothedocumentwiththedesign.

GotoWindown>

Brushes.SelectShapeDynamicsanduse40%fortheJitter.Keeptheothervaluesthesame.ThenselectScattering,selectBothAxesfortheScatteranduse700%forthevalue.ThelastthinghereisTransfer.Use40%fortheOpacityJitterandkeeptheothervalueswith0%.

Addanewlayerandgroupthisnewlayer,itwillbeinsideafolder.ChangetheBlendModeofthefoldertoColorDodge.WiththeBrushTool（B）,selectthehexagonsbrushwecreatedinthepreviousstep,thenusingwhitepaintthelayerwithsomehexagons.

GotoFilter>

GaussianBlur.Use2.0pixelsfortheRadius.

DuplicatethelayerandthengotoFilter>

GaussianBluragain,thistimehoweveruse5pixelsfortheRadius.ChangetheFillOpacityto60%.AlsowiththeEraserTool（E）deletesomeareasthatmightgettoobright.

SelectthefolderintheLayerPaletteandgotoLayer>

AddLayerMask>

RevealAll.SelectthelayermaskthumbandgotoFilter>

Clouds.AfterthatgotoFilter>

GaussianBlur.Use20pixelsfortheRadius.Applyingthecloudsfliterwiththemaskwillhidesomeareasbasedonthecloudscolors.

AddanewlayerontopoftheothersandtheselectthePaintBucketTool（G）,changethetypetoPatternandselectastrippedpattern,theoneIusedyoucandownloadithere.Afterthatrotateit30º

.Youwillhavetoduplicatethelayerandmoveitthenewcopytofillthewholescreen.SelectbothlayersandgotoLayer>

MergeLayers.

ChangetheBlendModetoOverlayandonceagainaddalayermaskandapplythecloudsfilterwithblurinthelayermaskaswedidinthepreviousstep.

Addanewlayerandthengroupthisnewlayerintoafolder.ChangetheBlendModeofthefoldertoColorDodgethenselecttheBrushTool（B）.Witharoundedandverysoftbrush;

usewhiteforthecolorandpaintsomelightflares.

Addanewlayerstillinsidethisfolder.GettheGradientTool（G）andthenclickonthegradienttoopentheGradientEditor.ChangetheTypetoNoise,theRoughnessto100%andselectbothOptions:

RestricColorsandAddTransparency.FillthelayerusingthisgradientbutusinganAngleGradienttype.

WiththelayerwiththeAnglegradientselectedgotoFilter>

GaussianBlur.Use10pixelsfortheRadius.Afterthatwiththebrushtool,addanotherlightspotexactlyinthemiddleoftheanglegradient.

Step14

Addalayerontopoftheothers,thenfillthislayerwithblack.withtheEraserTool（E）andabigsoftandroundedbrush,deletethecenterafewtimesuntilyouhavecreatedavignetteeffect.Theideahereistodarkentheedgesofthedesign.

Selectalllayersandduplicatethem,afterthat,withallduplicatedlayersselectedgotoLayer>

MergeLayers.ThenextthingtodoistogotoFilter>

GaussianBlur.Use15pixelsfortheRadius.

Duplicatethisblurrylayersoyouwillhave2layers.ForthefirstonechangetheBlendModetoOverlayandtheOpacityto40%.Forthesecondone,theonethatwillbeontopoftheothers,useScreenfortheBlendModeand30%fortheOpacity.
