However,ifthefollowingconditionssothatitcanbeoverloaded:

1.Powersupplyvoltageislow,arenotrequiredtorque,themotorstopsrotating.2.Mistakenlysetthetorquelimitadjustmentagencies,sothatitisgreaterthanstoptorque,generatedtoolargearesultofcontinuoustorque,themotorstopsrotating.3.Suchasthepointofactionasintermittentuseofheatgeneratedsavingsofup,morethantheallowabletemperatureriseofthemotor.4.Torquelimitforsomereason,institutionalcircuitfailure,sothattorqueistoolarge.5.Useofenvironmentaltemperatureistoohigh,relativetotheheatcapacityofthemotordown.Theaboveistheexcessivenumberofreasons,forthesereasonsshouldbegeneratedbymotoroverheatinginadvance,takingintoaccount,andtotakemeasurestopreventoverheating.Inthepasttoprotectthemotorwayistousefuses,overcurrentrelays,thermalrelays,thermostats,etc.,buttheseapproachesalsohavetheirprosandconsofthischangefortheelectricaldeviceloaddevices,isabsolutelyreliableprotectionmethodisnot.Mustthereforetakeallmethodscombinedapproach.However,astheloadoneachelectricaldeviceisdifferent,itisdifficulttoproposeaunifiedapproach.Inmostcases,butgenerally,youcanalsofindcommonground.

Overloadprotectiontakenbytheway,begroupedintotwotypes:

InconsiderationofeconomicaspectslimitingtorquesisacontinuouschallengewhendevelopingTorqueLimitersasanoverloadprotection.Thenewgenerationofthebacklash-freeTorqueLimiters.Thenewgenerationofthebacklash-freeTorqueLimitershasbeendesignedforbeingusedinpower-transmissionandservoapplications.Importantrequirementssuchasbeing 

backlash-free,shortreactiontimesandlongservicelifehavebeenfurtheroptimized.Theconstructivebenefitisensuredthroughfastavailabilityofapplicationsafteracrash. 

Forlimitedinstallations
