TheDesignofthehydraulicmanifoldoffeederBasedonPro/E

Summary:

ThispaperintroducestheapplicationofPro/Esoftwaretodesignhydraulicmanifold.Accordingtotheworkrequirementsofthehydraulicsystem,designtheschematicofthehydraulicsystem,selectthehydrauliccomponents,thendesignhydraulicmanifoldofthePro/Esoftware.Usingthree-dimensionalparametricsoftwareisgoodforUpgradedesigntools,ensurestheaccuracyofthedesignandimprovethesuccessrateofaone-timedesign.

Becausetheinternalofthemanifoldhasmanychannelsandtheholedepthisdifferent.Someshouldbethesame,butsomeshouldnotbethesame,anditiscomplex.Therefore,weproposethatwecanusethepro/Esoftwaretodesignthehexahedralmanifold.Themethodisalsogoodforexaminetherelationshipbetweentheoilpassage.

ChapteroneIntroduction

Thehydraulicsystemusestheintegrateddeviceofhydraulicvalve.Withagoodstructure,smallpressureloss,easymaintenanceanddisassembly,smallvibration,whichwillhelptoachieveintegrationandstandardizationofthehydraulicsystem.

Ascarrierholdsofalltypesofcartridgevalvesandotheraccessories,theHydraulicManifoldBlocksconsistsbyitsSystemofthenon-standardandbodyHolds.Itsinternalporesisverydense,andtheholesnetworkiscomplex.Thecurrentdesignlevelisrelativelybackward.Itnotonlymentalheavy,time-consuming,butalsocannotguaranteethequality.Atpresent,sometechniquesusedinhydraulicmanifolddesignFacilitatethedesignplantoacertainextent.Inthispaper,wecombinethePro/ENGINEERsoftwareandthemanifoldknowledge.WetrytousePro/ENGINEERsoftwaretovirtualdesignofHMBtoreducethelaborintensityofdesignersandimproveefficiency.Virtualdesign(VirtualDesign,VD)[3]isbasedoncomputer-aideddesignanditisanewdesignmethodusingvirtualrealitytechnologyevolved.Itcanprovideagooddesignenvironmentandsupporttoolsforproductdesign,thedesigner'sideacanbedirectlyreflectedinthethree-dimensionalinterface.

Withtherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,Hydraulicunitsinvariousfieldsofindustry,agricultureandlifeisusedmorewidely.Itsresearchanddesigninresearch,teaching,particularlyintheproductionpracticewillhaveaverybroadapplicationprospects.

2.1HydraulicManifoldOverview

Therearetwomainproblemtobesolvedaboutmanifolddesign:

first,checkwiththedesignofthebodyparts,thesecondistoverifytheassemblystructure.Two-dimensionalengineeringdrawingstoreflectthedesignmethod,notonlythedesignefficiencyislow,andpronetoerror.Someerrorsaredifficulttobefoundinthedrawings,ifyoufindproblemsafterexperimentalproductproduced,willbringnosmalleconomicloss,delaysinproductdevelopmenttime.Therefore,theuseofthree-dimensionalparametricdesignsoftwareproductsweredesignedtoimprovethemeansandmethods,theproblemoccursatthedesignstageaspossible;atthesametimemoremodels,seriesofhydraulicmachinerydevelopment,parametricdesignallowsdesignerstogreatlyimproveefficiency.

2.2Introductionto3Dmechanicaldesignsoftware

Pro/ENGINEERsystemcomeoutin1988withdesignparameters,thenledtheindustryforparametricdesignCAD/CAMsystemsexpectations.Pro/ENGINEERisnodoubtagreathelpforthethree-dimensionalgeometricmodelingdesigner.BecausePro/ENGINEERparametersin[5]doesnotrepresentthethree-dimensionalshapeoftheobjectrelativesize,andtherearerealphysicalsignificance.Forexamplewiththedesignofthephysicalmeaningofthevolume,surfacearea,centerofmass,density,thickness,etc.maybeaddedtothedesignconceivedtoexpressdesign.Pro/ENGINEERisacomprehensivethree-dimensionalproductdevelopmentsoftware,Integratedpartdesign,molddevelopment,productassembly,CNCmachining,design,sheetmetaldesign,reverseengineering,mechanismsimulation,automaticmeasurement,stressanalysisanddatabasemanagementfunctionsinoneproduct.

2.3Thepurposeandsignificanceofthethree-dimensionalmanifoldparametricdesign

Withthedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,hydraulicsystemsproductsinthefieldsofmechanical,agricultural,aerospaceandeverydaylifeapplicationsmorewidely,andsomeofthemoreadvancedequipment,theapplicationofthehydraulicsystemonthemore.Intheconventionalhydrauliccircuit,hydrauliccomponentsconnectedbytubingtoachievemutual.Themorethenumberofhydrauliccomponents,morepipeconnections,themorecomplexthestructure,thegreaterthelossofsystempressure,thegreaterthespace,themoredifficultrepairs,maintenanceanddisassembly.Themanifoldiscompact,goodexchangeperformance,maintenance,easyaccessibility.Three-dimensionalsolidbodywithPro/ENGINEERsoftwaretobuildarealisticparts,youcaneasilyandvisuallycheckthepositionoftheholeandtheholeontherelationshipbetweenthehydraulicsystemschematicsmeetsalltherequirements,aswellastheholeslocationisreasonable.Becauseitisparametricsolidmodel,modifyitmoreconvenient.Inordertobetterfacilitatetheobservationoftheinternalfeaturesofthesoftwarecantakeadvantageofperspective.

3.4Developahydraulicsystemdiagram

Developahydraulicsystemdiagram,themainissueistoconsiderthefollowingaspects:

1、Fromtheoperatingmodechartanalysis,thesystemrequiresalargerflowisfastandquickonthenext.

2、Thefigureshowstheoperatingmode,thesystemneedstobeadjustedwhentheslow,takingintoaccountthesystempowerefficiency,lowslidevelocity,smallchangesinworkload,sotheuseofoilreturncontrolvalvecontrolCircuits.

3、Asthespeedofthefasterandslowerbetweentheneedforaccess,butdonotaskforaccesstothelocation,sothesenderusingthetripswitchcontroltwotwo-waysolenoidvalvetoachievespeedsforaccess.

4、Topreventtheholdingweightsattheupperendofthestaywithintheweightduringthefallandstayposition,especiallyinthelowerchamberofthehydrauliccylinder(rodlesscavity)intotheoilonthewaytosetupcheckvalve;ontheotherhand,inordertoovercometheslideundertheweightofthefastduringtheimpact,settingupaone-wayback-pressurevalve.

ChapterIVHMBstructureanddesign

4.1HydraulicIntegratedCircuitDesign

Hydraulicintegratedcircuitdesignisakeydesignofthehydraulicmanifold,hydraulicmanifoldporedesignisreasonable,thereisnointerferenceinthehole,andtheselectionofthehydrauliccircuitarecloselyrelated.Whendesigningahydraulicintegratedcircuits,generallycanbedividedintoseveralunitshydrauliccircuitloop,eachunitgenerallyconsistsofthreehydrauliccircuitcomponents,usingacommonpressurePandtheoilreturnlineT,suchunitsintegratedcircuit,saidhydraulicunitloop.Hydraulicunitintegratedcircuitdesign,thepreferredgenerichydraulicunitintegratedcircuitstoreducethemanifolddesignworkloadandimproveversatility.

4.2HydraulicManifoldandDesign

Figure4-1isafeederofhydraulicmanifoldassemblyGeneralPlan.Itconsistsofthebaseplate1,thedirectionofspeedcontrolblock2,thepressureblock3,clampblock4andthetopcover5composedbyfourfasteningbolts6connectthem,Thenbefastenedtothehydraulictank,pumpthroughtubingconnectedbyfourscrewsandthebottom,consistingofhydraulicstation,hydrauliccomponentsarefixedtoformacompletehydraulicsystemoneachmanifold.

4.5Manifoldprospects

HydraulicManifoldacademicresearchanddevelopmenthasbeenthefocusofresearchandengineeringpractice,bytheimportanceofdomesticandforeignhydraulicindustry.Pro/ENGINEERsoftwareletvirtualdesignersdesignthinkingoftwo-dimensionaldigitalinformationdirectlyreflectedinthesimulationofrealisticthree-dimensionalinterfaceisintuitivefeedback.Withthethree-dimensionalgraphics,morevividandintuitive,easyinstallationandmaintenanceoftechnicaldesignersandstaffexchangesandcompleteideaofthedesign,implementationandtestingfasterandbetter.

HydraulicManifoldusingthree-dimensionalparametricdesignsoftware.Dimensionalassemblystructuremakestheobservationandanalysisbecomeintuitive.Anddesignerscanidentifyproblemsatthedesignstageaspossible,itisalsoveryeasytomodify.Ibelieveinthefutureofthemanifolddesign,theuseofthree-dimensionalparametricdesignsoftwarewillbemorewidelyapplied!

Hydraulicmanifolddesignwillbecomefasterandeasier.

Currently,domesticenterpriseshavebeenwidelyusedcomputer-aideddesignproductssothatdesignersinthedesignprocesstodirectlycallthetwo-dimensionaltilesGalleryediteddirectlybythegoodresults.However,thetwo-dimensionaldesigncannotfullymeettherequirementsofthecurrentindustrypractice.

Withtherapiddevelopmentofcomputertechnology,mechanicaldesignhasevolvedfromtwo-dimensionaltothree-dimensionaldesignstagedesignstage.Modernproductdesignapproachistostartfromthe3Dmodelonsolvingenabledesignerstofocuseffortsonthepartofthestructuraldesignandrelatedissues.Therefore,thethree-dimensionaldesignmethodcanbeagoodsolutiontoacomplexarrangem
