1空运费扩展条款兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费，本保险扩展承保空运费。

但该空运费须与本保险单项下予以赔偿的保险财产的损失有关。

且本条款项下的空运费的最高赔偿金额在保险期限内不得超过以下列明限额。

若保险财产的保额不足,本条款项下空运费的赔偿金额按比例减少。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

1AirfreightClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedtocoverextrachargesforairfreight.

ProvidedalwaysthatsuchextrachargesshallbeincurredinconnectionwithanylossofordamagetotheinsureditemsrecoverableunderthePolicy.

ProvidedfurtherthatthemaximumamountpayableunderthisEndorsementinrespectofairfreightshallnotexceedtheamountstatedbelowduringtheperiodofinsurance.

Ifthesum（s）insuredofthedamageditem（s）is（are）lessthantheamount（s）requiredtobeinsured,theamountpayableunderthisEndorsementforsuchextrachargesshallbereducedinthesameproportion.

2自动恢复保额条款兹经双方同意，如果发生本保险单第二部分的有效索赔，如本公司或被保险人没有相反的书面声明，则因损失而减少的赔偿限额将自动恢复。

被保险人同意按照原定费率补交至保险终止之日止损失金额部分的日比例附加保险费。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

2AutomaticReinstatementofAmountClause

ItisunderstoodandagreedthatintheeventofanyvalidclaimpayableunderSectionIIofthisPolicyandintheabsenceofwrittennoticebytheCompanyortheInsuredtothecontrarytheamountofLimitofIndemnityreducedbylossistobeautomaticallyreinstatedasfromthedatesoreinstated.TheInsuredundertakestopaypro-rataadditionalpremiumattheoriginalrateontheamountofanylosstotheexpiryofthePeriodofInsurance.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

此条款可广泛使用。

3库房特别条款

兹经双方同意，只有在被保险人将工棚、库房落址在工地周围高于最近20年记载中最高水位的地方，并且每一工棚、库房或间隔50米，或由防火墙分隔

的情况下,本公司对被保险人因火灾，洪水直接或间接造成工棚、库房的损失和由此产生的责任负责赔偿。

双方进一步同意，本公司对被保险人每次事故的赔偿限额为：

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

3CampsandStoresClause

loss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtocampsandstoresbyfire,floodorinundationifthesecampsandstoresarelocatedabovethehighestwaterlevelrecordedanywhereonthesiteduringthelast20yearsandtheindividualstorageunitsareeitheratleast50mapartorseparatedbyfirewalls.

ItisalsoagreedthattheInsurershallindemnitytheinsuredforanyoneoccurrenceonlyuptoalimitofindemnityof

forcamps,

foreachindividualstorageunit.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

在使用该条款时应规定保险人赔偿被保险人工棚每次事故的限额，并规定每一独立的库房每次事故的限额。

可广泛使用。

4建筑、安装施工机具、设备扩展条款兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费，本保险扩展承保本保险单所附明细表第一部分列明的建筑或安装施工机具、设备的损失，但不负责赔偿：

1、建筑或安装施工机具、设备由于内在的机械及电气故障引起的损失；

2、领有公共运输行驶执照的车、船及飞机的损失。

建筑、安装施工机具、设备应以该机具、设备的重置价投保,该重置价是指

重置同型号，同负载的新设备所需费用。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

4Construction/ErectionMachineryClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thecoverunderSectionlofthePolicyshallbeextendedtoinclude

lossofordamagetotheconstruction/erectionmachinerymentionedintheattachedlistofmachinery,excludinghowever

1.lossordamageduetoelectricalormechanicalbreakdown,failure,breakageorderangement,freezingorcoolantorotherfluid,defectivelubricationorlackoroilorcoolant,butifasaconsequenceorsuchbreakdownorderangementanaccidentoccurscausingexternaldamage,suchconsequentialdamageshallbeindemnifiable.

2.lossofordamagetovehicleslicensedforgeneralroaduseorwaterbornevesselsoraircraft.

Thesumsinsuredonconstruction/erectionmachineryshallbetheirreplacementvalues,whichshallmeanthecostofreplacementoreachinsureditembyanewitemofthesamekindandthesamecapacity.

在使用该条款时，须在保单明细表中列明投保施工机具和所有投保机具的金额，施工机具一般按年度费率收取，规定保险期限和免赔额并加收保费。

5建筑材料特别条款

兹经双方同意，只有在被保险人的建筑材料超过3天的用量,且超过此用量的材料放置在最近10年未遭受洪水或水灾侵害的地方的情况下，本公司对被保险人因洪水或水灾直接或间接造成建筑材料的损失及由此产生的责任负责赔偿。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

5ConstructionMaterialClause

loss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionmaterialbyfloodandinundationifsuchconstructionmaterialdoesnotexceedthreedays'demandandtheexceedingquantitiesarekeptinareasnotendangeredby10-yearfloods.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

该条款主要规定施工用材料应妥善堆放，防止水灾对建筑材料的影响。

可广泛使用。

6施工用机具特别条款兹经双方同意，只有在被保险人施工结束后，或任何施工中断时的施工用机具放置在最近20年未遭受洪水或水灾侵害的地方的情况下，本公司对被保险人因洪水或水灾直接或间接造成施工用机具的损失及由此产生的责任负责赔偿。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

6ConstructionPlant,EquipmentandMachineryClause

Itisagreedandunderstoodthattheinsurersshallonlyindemnifytheinsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionplant,equipmentandmachinerybyfloodandinundationif,aftertheexecutionofworksorincaseofanyinterruption,suchconstructionplant,equipmentandmachineryarekeptinanareanotendangeredby20-yearfloods.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

该条款主要针对施工用机器设备的放置提出了防止水灾的要求。

可广泛使用。

7工程完工部分扩展条款兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费，本保险扩展承保本保险单明细表中物质损失项下保险财产在保险期限内施工过程中造成已交付使用或已被接收部分的损失。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

附加保险费:

7ContractworktakenOverorPutintoServiceClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theinsuranceshallbeextendedtocover

--lossofordamagetopartsoftheinsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoserviceifsuchlossordamageemanatesfromtheconstructionoftheitemsinsuredundersectionIandhappensduringtheperiodofcover.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

该条款扩展被保险人已完工的财产损失，但需加收保费。

8契约责任扩展条款兹经双方同意，鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费，本公司负责赔偿被保险人因契约责任而应承担的对任何第三者人身伤亡及财产损失赔偿责任，但不得超过本保险单第三者责任项下规定的赔偿限额。

被保险人必须将有关契约向本公司申报，并得到本公司的书面认可。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

附加保险费：

8ContractualLiabilityClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theInsurersshallindemnifytheInsuredagainstanyclaimmadeinrespectofliabilityassumedbytheInsuredunderanycontractoragreementforbodilyinjuryofand/orpropertydamagetoanythirdpartysubjecttothelimitofindemnitystipulatedunderSectionIIofthePolicyprovidedthatsuchcontractoragreementhasbeendeclaredtoandapprovedinwritingbytheInsurers.

Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

9交叉责任扩展条款

兹经双方同意,鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费,本保险单第三者责任项下的保障范围将适用于本保险单明细表列明的所有被保险人,就如同每一被

保险人均持有一份独立的保险单,但本公司对被保险人不承担以下赔偿责任:

（一）已在或可在本保险单物质损失部分投保的财产损失,包括因免赔额,或

赔偿限额规定不予赔偿的损失;

（二）已在雇主责任保险项下投保的被保险人的雇员的疾病或人身伤亡。

本公司对所有被保险人由一次事故或同一事由引起的数次事故承担的全部责任不得超过保险单明细表中列明的每次事故赔偿限额。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

附加保险费:

9CrossLiabilityClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theThirdPartyLiabilitycoverofthePolicyshallapplytotheinsuredpartiesnamedintheScheduleasifaseparatepolicyhadbeenissuedtoeachparty,providedthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredunderthisEndorsementinrespectofliabilityfor

1.lossofordamagetoitemsinsuredorinsurableundersectionIofthePolicy,everifnotrecoverableduetoanexcessoranylimit,

2.fatalornon-fatalinjuryorillnessofemployeesorworkmenwhoareorcouldhavebeeninsuredunderEmployers'Liabilityinsurance.

TheInsurers'totalliabilityinrespectoftheinsuredpartiesshallnothoweverexceedintheaggregateforanyoneaccidentorseriesofaccidentsarisingoutofoneeventthelimitofindemnitystatedintheSchedule.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,ConditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

该条款对于各被保险人之间发生第三者责任事故时，互不追偿，如同各被保险人均持有一份独立的保单，但须加收保费。

10大坝、水库工程特别除外条款

兹经双方同意，本公司对被保险人在工程建设中发生的下列损失和费用不

负责赔偿：

（一）对软石地域灌浆或采取其它必要的安全措施；

（二）排水费用,即使水量远远超过原来的估计；

（三）排水系统的故障、损坏引起的，且若有充足的备用设备则可以避免的损失；

（四）因增加防水隔离措施，以及增加排放流水和地下水的设备而发生的费用；

（五）基础不实造成地陷引起的损失；

（六）裂缝和渗漏。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

10DamsandWaterReservoirsClause

ItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectof

1.groutingofsoftrockareasand/orotheradditionalsafetymeasureseveniftheirnecessityarisesonlyduringconstruction,

2.expensesincurredfordewateringevenifthequantitiesofwateroriginallyexpectedareexceededsubstantially,

3.lossordamageduetobreakdownofthedewateringsystemifsuchbreakdowncouldhavebeenavoidedbysufficientstand-byfacilities,

4.expensesincurredforadditionalsealingorwaterproofingandadditionalfacilitiesforthedischargeofrun-offand/orundergroundwater,

5.lossordamageduetosubsidenceifcausedbyinsufficientcompacting,

6.cracksandleakage.

ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

注：

该条款为限制性条款，限制保险人的责任，可广泛使用。

11钻井工程特别条款

兹经双方同意，钻井工程的责任范围将限制在下列风险引起的损失:

（一）地震、火山爆发、海啸;

（二）暴风雨、龙卷风、洪水、滑坡;

（三）井喷或形成坑状;

（四）火灾、爆炸;

（五）自涌水流;

（六）实践中无法克服的泥浆损失;

（七）实践中无法克服的洞孔塌方或由于异常，或页岩膨胀导致洞壁塌方。

本公司的赔偿以导致弃井后果的上述风险出现时已发生的钻井费用（含材

料）为限。

被保险人应承担以下列明的每次事故免赔额。

特别除外条件：

本公司不负责赔偿

（一）钻机及钻井设备的损失（钻井商可为此安排其它特殊的保险）;

（二）各种打捞费用;

（三）为恢复钻井状态而进行修正、研究检查（包括酸处理、断面切除等促

进工作）所发生的费用。

本保险单所载其它条件不变。

每次事故免赔额：
