BeforeyoucanapplyforpermissiontoenterorremainintheUKunderTier4（General）,youreducationprovidermustassignaConfirmationofAcceptanceforStudies（CAS）toyou.ThisconfirmsthatyouhavebeengivenanunconditionalofferofaplaceonacourseofstudywithalicensedTier4sponsor.

申请第四层级（普通类）学生签证前，您的英方接收院校必须给您出具录取确认函（CAS），以确认您已经获得了具有第四层级课程担保资格的担保方给您的无条件录取通知。

WriteyourCASreferencenumberonyourapplicationform-yourTier4sponsorwillgiveyouthereferencenumber.

IfyourcourseisatNationalQualificationFramework（NQF）level3oraboveandyouhavebeenassessedbyothermeans（suchasreferences,aportfolioofartwork,interview,ortheTier4sponsor'sowntestorentranceexam）,youdonotneedtoincludethesedocumentswithyourapplication.However,yourTier4sponsormustincludedetailsofhowtheyassessedyouontheCAS.
