用途：

用于分析、测定橡胶硫化过程的焦烧时间、正硫化时间、硫化速率、粘弹性模量以及硫化平坦期等性能指标。

Application:

原理：

测定胶料在硫化过程中剪切模量的变化，而剪切模量与交联密度成正比，因此测定结果反映了胶料在硫化过程中交联程度的变化，可以测出胶料初始黏度、焦烧时间、硫化速度、正硫化时间和过硫返原性等重要参数。

用途：

应用于中低硬度塑料、各类橡胶、多元脂、皮革、蜡等的硬度测试。

Application:

原理：

在试验力作用下垂直压入试样表面，当压足表面与试样表面完全贴合时，压针尖端面相对压足平面有一定的伸出长度L，以L值的大小来表征邵氏硬度的大小，L值越大，表示邵尔硬度越低，反之越高。
