博士研究生发表论文的补充条例
院研字[2010]2号
各研究中心、研究所、教研室：
为鼓励博士研究生发表高水平论文，进一步明确博士研究生发表论文的基本要求，经计算机科学与技术学科学位分委员会讨论决定，在哈尔滨工业大学学位委员会对博士研究生在攻读学位期间发表学术论文要求的基础上,对我院博士研究生发表论文补充条例如下：
1．发表一篇顶级国际学术会议论文等同于一篇国际期刊论文但不等同于国际顶级期刊论文；
2．发表一篇重要国际学术会议论文等同于一篇国内一级期刊论文。
注：
顶级国际学术会议及重要国际学术会议认定见附件。
以上通知，自发布之日起执行。
