第一步：

检查基础Checkfoundation

HT冷却塔有独特的基础，在安装之前，应该先检查所有混凝土基础，是否符合图纸要求。

所有基础顶部标高必须相同，误差不超过5mm。

ThecoolingtowersuniquefoundationHT,beforeinstallation,youshouldfirstcheckalltheconcretefoundationmeetstherequirementsofthedrawings.Allbasictopelevationmustbethesame,theerrorislessthan5mm.

第二步：

安装集水盘底部支撑Installthedrainpanbottomsupporting

安装BM02时，应该注意有螺栓孔的一面朝上。

BM01和CL01采用螺栓固定，螺栓规格为M10×

40.

InstallBM02,itshouldbenotedthataboltholesideup.TheBM01andCL01boltedsizeM10×

40bolts.

第三步：

在第二步安装完成之后，再安装其它部件。

BM05和BM06采用螺栓连接，BM03和BM04采用螺栓连接。

这一步要注意，三角形的CL立柱，与横梁连接的时候，采用了4个M10×

40的螺栓。

CL03A用来固定爬梯。

第四步：

安装集水盘底部中间横梁。

Theinstallationdrainpanbeamsinthemiddleofthebottom

安装BM02时要注意，梁中间有四块焊接的钢板，有钢板的面朝下，两端用M10×

40的螺栓固定。

Note:

ToinstallBM02fourweldedsteelplateinthemiddleofthebeam,steelplatefacedown,andendswithM10×

第五步：

安装集水盘底部中间支撑。

Installthedrainpanatthebottomoftheintermediatesupport

CL03顶部的四个孔与BM02中间焊接钢板上的四个孔位对齐。

用M10×

30的螺栓固定。

AligntheCL03thetopfourholesandfourholesweldedsteelplateBM02middle.M10×

30boltfixed.

第六步：

安装集水盘支撑梁Theinstallationdrainpansupportbeams

BM07和BM08是由C型钢制作，C型钢的开口应该向下。

两端采用M10×

30螺栓固定。

BM07andBM08isproducedbytheC-shapedsteel,C-shapedsteelopeningsshouldbedown.BothendsusingM10×

第七步：

安装中心缸支撑梁Installationcentercylindersupportbeam

BM11和BM12用来固定中心水缸。

C型钢的开口应该向下，两端用M10×

BM11和BM12的位置应该与基础上放中心水缸的位置一致。

BM11andBM12usedtothefixedcentertank.TheopeningoftheC-shapedsteelshouldbedownatbothendswithM10×

第八步：

BM09和BM10安装方法与BM11相同。

C型钢的开口应该向下。

两端用M10×

BM09andBM10installmethodisthesamewiththeBM11.TheopeningoftheC-shapedsteelshouldbedown.EndswithM10×

第九步：

安装集水盘辅助梁Installdrainpanauxiliarybeam

BM13通过自钻自攻螺丝固定在横梁上，保持顶部在同一个水平上。

螺丝的规格为ST5.5×

35。

注意BM13与集水盘边缘的距离为86mm，两条BM13梁之间的中心距离为300mm。

在中心水缸安装位置，中心距为1200mm。

BM13,andthedistancefromtheedgeofthewatertrayis86mm,andthecenterbetweenthetwoBM13beamdistanceis300mm.Inthecentertankinstallationlocation,thecenterdistanceis1200mm.

第十步：

安装中心水缸Installthecentertank

中心水缸的编号为WD01。

将WD01放置在混凝土基础上，每边用4个螺栓将其固定在梁上。

螺栓规格为M10×

30.安装WD01时要注意进出水的方向。

ThenumberofthecentertankWD01.WD01isplacedontheconcretefoundation,tobefixedtothebeamoneachsidewithfourbolts.BoltsizeM10×

第十一步：

安装水盘的四个角Installthefourcornersofthebasinofwater

CA01A材质为玻璃钢，安装在冷却塔水盘的四个角。

采用自钻自攻螺丝固定在底部横梁上。

第十二步：

安装水盘边Installingtheedgeofthepool

CA01B材质为玻璃钢。

安装CA01B时，注意与CA01A的匹配。

如果CA01B太长，可适当切割。

CA01B用自钻自攻螺丝固定在底部横梁上，螺丝的规格为ST5.5×

CA01A与CA01B连接采用抽芯铆钉。

第十三步：

CA01C材质为玻璃钢。

安装CA01C时，注意与CA01A的匹配。

如果CA01C太长，可适当切割。

CA01C用自钻自攻螺丝固定在底部横梁上，螺丝的规格为ST5.5×

第十四步：

安装水池底板Installingthepondbottomplate

CA02为玻璃钢平板，平铺在水池底部。

任意两件CA02不能重叠。

CA02采用自钻自攻螺丝固定在底部横梁上。

安装的时候，如果CA02尺寸较大，可适当切割。

CA02平板和中间水缸连接的地方，现场切割尺寸与中心水缸相同的孔，然后用自钻自攻螺丝固定在水缸上。

CL02和CL01重叠50mm。

CA02FRPplate,tileinthebottomofthepool.AnytwoCA02cannotoverlap.CA02usingself-drillingself-tappingscrewsatthebottomofthebeam.Wheninstalled,ifCA02largersize,maybeappropriatecutting.CA02tabletandintermediatetankconnectedtothesamelocalscenecuttingthesizeandcentertankhole,andthenusetheself-drillingself-tappingscrewsinavat.TheCL02andCL01overlapping50mm.

第十五步：

安装立柱Installedcolumn

安装立柱时，根据横梁上的孔的位置，现场在玻璃钢平板上钻孔。

然后按图中的序号安装立柱。

C型钢的开口方向全部朝向冷却塔的中心。

注意：

立柱朝下的一端有标记。

安装所用螺栓的规格为M10×

40。

Wheninstallethecolumn,accordingtothepositionofthebeamhole,thescenewithanelectricdrilltodrillholesintheFRPplate.Theninstalledbytheserialnumberinthecolumn.ThedirectionoftheopeningoftheC-shapedsteelareallfacingthecenterofthecoolingtower.Note:

oneendofthecolumndownwardlymarked.InstalltheboltspecificationM10×

第十六步：

安装填料悬挂梁Installbeamsuspensionfiller

安装悬挂填料的横梁时，角钢开口方向参考左图。

横梁安装好以后不不得超出冷却塔外。

横梁与立柱用M10×

30螺栓连接。

Theinstallhangingbeamsfiller,angleopeningthedirectionreferenceontheleft.Beamsinstalledshallnotexceedthecoolingtower.ThebeamsandcolumnswithM10×

30boltconnection.
