Insomeofthepositioningaccuracyandthedynamicresponseofthedemandishigher,electromechanicalproductacservosystemiswidelyused,includingdigitalacservosystemwithdigitalcontrolmodeismore,butthetrendisverysimple,debugging,useispopular.TheservodrivesystemoftheuseofadvancedDigitalSignalProcessor(DSP)DigitalSignalProcessor,tothemotorshaftback-enddepartmentofphotoelectricencoderandonlocationinthedriveandsamplingmotorbetweenthepositionandspeedclosed-loopcontrolsystem,andgivefullplaytothehighspeedDigitalSignalProcessor(DSP),automaticgaincontroloftheservosystem,andcanevenloadchanges,thereal-timetrackingcontrolsystem;

gainSomedrivershavefastFouriertransform(FFT)function,themeasureofGongZhenDianmechanicalequipment,andthroughanotchfiltertoeliminatemechanicalresonance.

Normally,thedigitalacservosystemmostlyinhalfoftheclosed-loopcontrolwork,namelytheencoderfeedbackservomotorspeedloop,alsobeforpositionloop.Thiskindofcontrolmodefortransmissionchainofclearanceanderrorcannotovercomeorcompensation.Inordertoobtainhighercontrolprecision,shouldbeinthefinaloftheinstallationprecisiondetectiondevices(suchas:

gratingfeet,photoelectricencoder,etc.),i.e.theclosed-loopcontrol.Comparisonofthetraditionalmethodis:

theclosed-loopcontrolservosystemsonlyacceptinstruction,speedloopcontrolloopcontrolbythesuperiorpositioncontroller(mostoftheclosed-loopsystemisnc).Thisgreatlyincreasesthedifficultyoftheuppercontroller,servosystemislimited.Currently,foreignalreadyappearedamoreperfect,canachievehigheraccuracyoftheclosed-loopdigitalservosystem,therealizationofhighautomationequipmentmoreeasily.Thecontrolprinciple,asshowninfigure1.

Thissystemhasovercomethedefectofhalfaclosed-loopcontrolsystem,servodrivecandirectsamplinginfinalmechanicalpartpositionfeedbackelement(suchasgratingfeet,magneticgridfeet,revolvingencoder,etc.),asthepositionloop,andthemotorspeedfeedbackatonlyascoder.Suchservosystemcaneliminatethemechanicaltransmissionofgeargap,gap(e.g.,etc),ballscrewclearancecompensationofmechanicaltransmissionmanufacturingerror(suchasballscrewpitcherror,etc),andrealizetheclosedlooppositioncontrolfunctions,higherprecision.Andthiswholeclosed-loopcontrolareaccomplishedbyservodrive,withoutincreasingtheburdenandsupervisorycontrollerinitsgrowingindustryautomationequipmentanddeveloped,andstartusingthiskindofservosystem.

Thissystemhasovercomethedefectsoftheclosed-loopsystemandthepositionloop,samplingcandirectlyfrominfinalpositiononthemechanicalcomponents(suchasgratings'

feedback,magneticgateruler,revolvingencoder,etc),andthemotorspeedloopatonlyasencoder,thefeedbackcaneliminateallthegapexistinginmachinery,andtheservosystem,butalsocanappearonthemechanicaltransmissionerrorcompensation,achieverealclosed-loopfunction,achievethehighpositioncontrol.Andthiswholeclosed-loopcontrolareaccomplishedbydrive,withoutincreasingtheburdenofsupervisorycontroller.

Owingtotheclosed-loopacservosystemcangethighprecision,anddoesnotneedtoincreasethecomplexityofsupervisorycontrolsystem.Soitiswidelyusedinncmachinetools,precisionCNCequipmentdesign,etc.

Inthenumericalcontrollathe,especiallyincomputerncmachinetools,becauseithasclosedservodrivesystemworkreliably,highprecisionandstronganti-interference,relativetotheopen-loopservodrivesystemismorecommonlyused.Butduetotheincreasedclosedservodrivesystem,feedback,comparativepositiondetection,andstepintotheopenloopsystem,itsstructureismorecomplex,debuggingisrelativelymoredifficult.

Aclosed-loopservodrivesystem,theactuator

Alongwiththedevelopmentofnumericalcontroltechnology,therequirementofactuatorsaresummedupandincreasinglyhigh,basicallyhavethefollowing:

(1)tominimizetherotationalinertiaofthemotor,inordertoimprovethesystemoffastdynamicresponse,

(2)improvemotoroverloadabilitytoadaptoftenappeartheimpactofthephenomenon,

(3)improvespeedandstabilityoperationofmotor,toensuretheuniformityofspeedservosystemaccuracy.

Duetotheparticularityofmechanicalprocessing,generalmotorscannotmeetthencmachinetoolsforservocontrolrequirements.Atpresent,inthenc
