Weherebysolemnlydeclarethefollowing:

1.Alloftheinformationwhichhasbeenshowninthisreportisauthenticandaccurate.

2.Alloftheanalyses,commentsandconclusionswhichhavebeenshowninthisreporthavebeenpresented,givenanddrawnthroughourimpartialanalysisandprofessionalknowledge.However,allofthemhavebeenrestrictedbythepresumptionsandrestrictiveconditionswhichhavebeenexplainedinthisreport.

3.Wehavenothadtheinterestconflictwiththeappraisedobject,norhavecommoninterestswithorprejudiceagainsttheentrustingparty.

PresumptionandRestrictiveConditions

1.Theentrustingpartyobtainedtheappraisedobjectlegallyandtheappraisedobjectisinsoundconditionattheappraisaltimeandisusedlegally,safelyandnormallyatitsoptimalstatus.

2.Therealestatemarketattheappraisaltimeoperatespublicly,equallyandvoluntarily.
