Nauru – 21 km²
Located east of Australia, Nauru is the smallest island country in the world. It is also a country with the most overweight people in the world, with 97% of its
men and 93% of women being overweight.
Tuvalu – 26 km²

An eight-year-old girl heard her parents talking about her little brother. “Only a miracle（奇迹）
can save him now,” Allsheknewwasthathewasverysickandtheyhadnomoney.
The little girl went to her bedroom and pulled her money from its hiding place and counted it
carefully.

have the kind of miracle you need. ”
That well-dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong, a famous doctor. The operation was
successful and it wasn't long before thebrother was home again.
