0Introduction

PingdingshanZhongyanhaolonglimitedliabilitycompanyistheChinaNationalSaltIndustryCorporationholdingalargesaltproductionandprocessingenterprises,isoneofthelargestsaltproductionenterprisesinchina.Ithasanannualoutputofabout500000tonsofrefinediodizedsaltandabout1000000tonsofindustrialsalt.Withthecontinuousexpansionofthescaleofenterprises,thenumberofbrinewellsincreasing,theofficeisthefarthestdistance,thevalveroomhasabout700m,atotalof4valverooms,thevalveroomtotheofficebuilding,togetherwithabout2300M.Atpresent,thebrinewelldataacquisition,monitoringorartificialcompletion.Thefollowingproblemsareasfollows:

theworkefficiencyisnothigh;thedataisnotaccurate;thecontrolisdifficult;thevalveroomsareallinthefield;thedataacquisitionisinconvenient.Inordertoimproveworkefficiencyandreducethecost,adataacquisitionandmonitoringsystemforbrinewellswasdeveloped.ThesystemrealizestheprocessmonitoringthroughtheWIEMinCCconfigurationofSENScompany.TheuppercomputeristheordinaryPCofNOKIAcompany.ThemonitoristhecommonPCdisplayofNOKIAcompany,andthelowercomputerisaSieENScompany.TheS7m-300typeCPUisconnectedwiththelowercomputerthroughtheMPIcable.

此外,上位机的硬件配置将直接影响到WC的运行性能,所以,采用高性能的PC机系统将明显获得高的系统性能。

在此,PC主机的配置为:
