MostpeopleusetheInternettoconnecttoandcommunicatewitheachother,soitisn’tsurprisingthate-mailhasremainedthe“KillerApplication”ofInternetworkingsincethebeginningof1971.Withbillionsofmessagestravelingbackandfortheachday,e-mailcontinuestobethemostpopularapplicationoftheInternetforbothbusinessandpersonalcommunications.
Lasttime,yourcompanyhavehelpNepstarChainDrugstoretosetupacompanyLANwithVPN.NowtheCIOofNepstar,believesthattheyshoulduseE-mailsystemtohelptheemployeescommunicateeffectively.Thus,theemployeescanuseE-mailtodiscussthenewproductsandtopublicsomecompany’sinformation,suchasthemeetingrecord,announcement,andsomepolicy.
