宣布通知多用一般将来时和祈使句式；
公布讨论大多用带有神情动词的一般现在时；
人物介绍、现状说明常用一般现在时和现在完成时。
定准时态后接下来必然要知道各时态的构成及用法要点，但要记住，写作时时态其实不唯一，要依照表达内容而选定正确的时态。

同学们应该依照写作内容列好简要大纲，分清文章的层次，确定详略，写好的单句要重新排列组合起来，使从前后连结成一篇完满的文章。
同时采用合适的关系词或句子使文章过渡自然，行文流畅。
