OfficeWorker,MobileWorker,TaskWorker,ContractWorker,andworkerswhoneedtoAccessfromHomethatsegmentusersaccordingtotheirworksituations.Thesescenarioscovermostdesktopusersituations,anddescribethebusinessrequirementsthatapplytothatsituation,includingboththeindividualuser’sneedsandtheITmanagementneeds.Eachscenarioputsadifferentemphasisoncomputerequipment,applications,security,andnetworking.ThesescenariosgiveITaworkableapproachtooptimizingtheorganization’sdesktopswithoutneedingtocustomizedesktopsonanindividualuserbasis.
